Food is delicious! I've been a loyal customer for 20 years. I've seen the customer service decline. Last Friday night I was there with friends. Not busy at all and the waiter took forever...... The service is super slow. They have no urgency whatsoever. Wonder if they are under new management.

What a great night we had at Carrabbas. I used to work at Carrabbas in Virginia and had been craving a Chicken Bryan for the longest, and they did not disappoint at all. Probably one of the best meals I have had out since living in Denver. I want to thank the cooks because everything we had was amazing. We had the classic combination as the appetizer, and the Calamari was perfectly fried, and it's easy to overcook, but they got it just right. I really enjoyed my Caesar salad...
