Looooooooooove coming here...a friend brought me here once and ever since then it has become my favorite place to get Mexican food from...I live in Broomfield and will travel to satisfy my craving for delicious food....the fact that they serve Pico with the chips is what sold me...that and the Mexican Pizza

The food was gross. Refried beans that are watered down. Salsa made from red sause. Velveta quest. Horchata that's made from powder and water down. taco were un-eatable. Very disappointing.

Went to a retirement party there. It was a large group. I didn't eat anything, and not one server came up and asked me if I wanted a drink. It's got a nice big room for parties and such.

Casa Vallarta serves Absolutely the BEST FOODs and Cuisine are as close to authentic Spanish Food's that I grew up with when I was living in South America as a child and there plates or food portions are HUMONGOUS and as a Big Guy myself I can tell you that I can never finish my plate and have to ask for a take home carrier for all my leftovers...🤠Rafael (the Owner) and his brother Juan always have a VERY FRIENDLY Greeting and it's a fun place to take family and friends who are visiting the area and to watch sports games especially the Broncos and Avs games!!
Parking: I always get the #34 Arrozo Con Camerones (Rice with Shrimp) and always order an extra plate of rice to mix into my meal....which I LOVE their Rice!!
Kid-friendliness: Very Kid Friendly!!
Wheelchair accessibility: YES and have taken a family member who was in a wheelchair and they made his visit very accommodating!!

Their serving size is great. Food is delicious. This is one of our regular spots and will continue to be. Great plates for all the family.
The biggest issues for me was the fact that online it doesn't state in anyway that it's also a bar due to legal reasons I'm not allowed in bars right now and I drive 45 to get to this place cause I heard it was so good and saw the reviews so decided to come try and when I pull up to park the restaurant has its name then says and tequila bar so it's a bar restaurant you need to freaking state that online as well I'm pissed.
My husband and I had our 1st date at Casa Vallarta 26 years ago. We no longer live in Aurora but when we visit, we always eat here and we are never disappointed.

No longer a customer. After being a customer for 20+ years and watching this place steadily go down hill, I can't and won't do it any more. The food quality is horrible. The people leaving 5 Star reviews, I'm happy you're getting good food and your enjoying it. The enchiladas were not temperature hot, the sauce was literally just tomato puree, cheese not melted, the meat had zero flavor. The only positive was the waiter, an older gentleman, was so very sweet and kind. I did leave a 20% tip. Something has changed and it's not for the better. Good luck
