Ordered a curbside pickup.

Arrived 10 minutes early, and checked in on the app........waited 15 minutes...........called the phone number on the sign, 6 times always went to voicemail.....went in to restaurant.....gate was closed with a small gap.......finally got a hold of an employee......My order was on a shelf......30 minutes cold.

I have experienced great food here, however I choose curbside pickup....COMPLETELY AWFUL!

If you want cold food, or no food at all, choose curbside pickup.

If you do love Charley's as i do, order in store pick up.

I have complained about my incident to Charley's, and I am 4 weeks in with no resolve.

Such a good product....so sad management sucks so bad!!!

Was gonna buy until I seen the lady use her phone with the gloves. So DISGUSTING🤢

They close at 8pm. I tried to place an order at 7:40 but the young man at the register said they wanted to clean so I could not stay. It was 15 degrees outside and I had been out all day and just wanted to eat a quick bite out of the weather.
There are too many places around that actually want my business, so I went somewhere else.

Bland, everything taste like vinegar, smelled like someone hadn't change the mopping water in months. Too expensive! For what it is. Got charged for ranch that other restaurant include with wing order. Asked for tips! This isn't a fancy sit down restaurants the employees are making minimum wage.

Food was not hot. Did online order and waited 30 mins more than the determined online order time just to not get everything i ordered and my sandwiches were completely wrong needed to be redone which took another 20 mins. 10/10 would not come back here

Extra meat steak and cheese NO MAYO ? but so so good. My only criticism is they need to offer a larger size fries theirs is tiny and only one option. So i have to buy two.

Food is nothing like pics sandwiches sad looking prices are not what venue says and wings are terrible truly waste of money recommend anything but this restaurant never again I have given several chances and it is always garbage I mean I'd you pay 42 dollars for one sandwich meal and 10 wings you want it to be as advertised and I promise it will not be

Multiple times the cashier isn't manned. The cook just looks at me like I'm lost for standing at the cashier waiting for service. I would state service is bad, but can't state that since I didn't get any service or food.

I order from this location quite often. More than quite often actually. I picked up a pasta salad from Walmart and ask the manager for a salt packet on the way out. She said no… she couldn’t give me a salt packet, that cost less than one cent to her because I hadn’t ordered there that day. She is definitely not the kind a woman I want to contribute to any longer.
