They dont have a number, and food came cold. And also open faced. Ended up having to put it together myself, which makes no sense. Just wanted a good cheesesteak. I wouldn't go here if thats the case. Also their lemonade is just fruit, barely anything to actually drink taking review to 2 stars. Also should've added that they added mushrooms which im allergic to.

This place is a disappointment to tis franchise name have always eaten at charleys and it has always been great until eating from this location unfortunately when you order through a delivery app near my house this is the store that they use and unfortunately it's a complete crap shoot they never get the orders correct at all you order extra meat they barely put any meat on the sandwich at all there are always missing items or the overall order is just undercooked and a complete shit pile hopefully yall can turn it around and get yalls reputation back because this store is giving yall brand a bad look

The food wasn't the best, or the service. They weren't busy and I asked them to put one extra thing in my sandwich, Jalapeños which they did not. Also their fries manage to be both crunchy and soggy at the same time, an amazing feat and maybe worthy of more stars if it wasn't so frustrating to the senses.

How are you guys gonna let someone take someone else’s order just to remake it wrong and still have it delivered . Your food is too expensive just to end up being made completely wrong and have our money taken. Was better when it was a McDonald’s, last time I’m order from this Charley’s -50/10

They don't add mushrooms every time I ordered mushrooms. It came with a tiny chicken wing. I went back and asked them to remake it once and they gave me the same thing as last time. 0 mushrooms
I have not had any problems with this Charley’s until they’ve messed up my order twice now for delivery. I’ve been trying to call the store and nobody is picking up my phone. Can I please talk to management?

I have eaten here before and I’ve ordered from this restaurant chain. Today my daughter got a meal and I ordered a six piece boneless. Upon biting into one of them it had a twangy smell to it. I spot that one out and opened a couple more and they all smell sour. I went ahead and threw them all out and only ate the fries. This was a take out order and I don’t think it’s the same restaurant that I order from normally and never have any complaints.

Twice I've gone here and twice I've ordered food that only lists meat and onions on it. So why is it that things not listed on the menu under the ingredients are being added?

I will never eat here again! First the staff have no clue how to run the registers. We asked for things to be removed and it took the lady 30 mins to ring up 2 sandwiches with 1 a meal. Then we wait another 15 for our food. No one here has any kind of customer service skills. No hellos no thank you not 1 sign they want the customer to be there. Then to get home and both sandwiches were so wrong. None of the modifications were done right and they added so much sauce the roll was soggy and falling apart after I lay 5 minutes of leaving the location. Then I started getting sick. Me and my husband have been sick for 2 days. This was the only thing we both ate and only thing we ate all day. This chain used to be good. Maybe it's just this location.

After 15 minutes of waiting for my sandwich, I walked in front of the cashier and no one was preparing any food. I showed them my receipt and they started giving me an attitude, when they didn't prepare my order. Asked for my money back, they keep trying to speak Spanish to me and keep giving me attitudes for wanting my money back. What is going on with Charley's in Colorado?

Why does this store CONSTANTLY CONSTANTLY!!!!!! close early, the website says closes by 9:00pm why on a Tuesday at 7:30 you are closed????!!! In the name of cleaning!!?? This is utterly unacceptable because this has happened more than once!!! If the timing on the website is wrong update it!! If not please do us a favor and adhere to the timings on the website because this is very annoying?
