Went there and ordered, while waiting and watching through the plexiglass I clearly saw a dead roach sitting right on top of the side of ranch container! I immediately asked to cancel my order to the cook when the girl who took my order comes over to me and says, “ why is that?” And I pointed at the roach and said that’s why!!! She only replied with a “oh”

I ordered online 30 minutes before arriving at the restaurant, expecting the food to be ready for pickup. However I waited an additional 45 minutes after being told it would be almost read in 3-5 minutes. The purpose of ordering online is to save time, so this delay was very frustrating. I hope you can improve your order preparation times to better meet customers expectations. This has also happened with delivery orders in the past, where I assumed the delay was due to the driver. Now it seems like the issue might be with preparation time at the restaurant. Improving the timing would make for a much better experience for both pickup and delivery orders.

They’re prejudice

Staff makes it very difficult you pay for extra ingredients and they don’t even wanna give it to. You have to ask bag and throw a fit after even paid extra for stuff on your sandwich.

Ordered for the first time for my lunch break at work the name of this restaurant sure DOES NOT live up to it's name juicy my sandwich was dry and the bread was stale.

Don't support this business David Leon is a POS , his wife's dying and he's sleeping with staff ..Rebecca saylor ..they hire illegals, David doesn't pay taxes and owners are writing him checks he's not on the payroll .. labor board has been called as well as ICE don't support this business

The Gourmet Cheese Fries were very cheesy and delicious but the fries themselves could have been a little crisper. The Philly Cheese Steak was good but very mid. Idk about all these other reviews, but the staff was more than helpful and extremely friendly. Seems like other people are simply racist. As for the atmosphere, it's a mall so nothing much to do about it besides knowing it's a mall food court.

Food was gross!!! Ewwww Flavorless beefy meat!!! I wouldn’t give this to my dog!! I will never go back and definitely not worth the money! Save yourself a trip
