Surprisingly good food and service. Menu is broad and quality of ingredients and prep is much better than expected. We have been back several times over the past few months and keep enjoying Cheddars. I think you will too.

Our waiter was awesome I don't remember her name she tried her best. It wasn't her that made the dining terrible it was the cook. The food was gross and the only thing I enjoyed was the salad. The waitress made our dining amazing and we celebrated my mother's and another birthday there. The catfish filets was overwhelmed with so much batter and the mash potatoes taste like tonic water. My daughter ordered pasta she complained about. Kids burger and fries was okay.

Walk in at 10:20 SATURDAY night. Was told they close at 10 on weekends and this is completely false information.
I would assume the franchise owner wants to know they are turning away your customers to benefit their closing time.

Shrimp in the pasta still had tails. I am assuming they think that's culinary thing, but it's not. Customers don't want tails of shrimp... in a pasta.
The menu really sucks. Not a lot of variety. You clearly are sticking with the 90s vibe. Took me a long time to find anything that sounded decent.
Bartender service was fine and time of service was great...but no interaction, and I had to tell her how to make a very simple "well" drink.
Sorry, I won't go back. If you love mediocrity... well then gosh! This is your place. Go for it.

The BBQ Ribs are excellent and also the loaded baked potato soup. Had the Monte Cristo but was disappointed with the smoked turkey it reminded me of a sponge don't know what kind they use but not for me.
Billi is EXCELLENT waitress. She anticipates before you ask. Awesome. Unmatched elsewhere

Had a great dining experience tonight. We had the Beef Nachos which was quite the serving. I had the Jalapeno Burger, juicy and crunchy at the same time, well seasoned and cooked. My wife had the Club. Both entrees which were excellent. The server Kelsey was amazing and very friendly. Would definitely go again!
