This is by far the worst chick fil a in denver. their new remodled drive thru is far less efficient than what they had. you would think two lanes woukd make it faster, nope. plus the staff never is able to complete an order without talking to there coworkers about random things DURING the middle of them taking an order. Fries are never full. Food is often cold.

This is the second time at this location where they’ve forgotten one of my entrees. I ordered an 8 count nugget meal, and they completely forgot the nuggets. I’m really disappointed as this keeps happening and the person who is supposed to be checking the orders doesn’t look them over. I’m out $5 again. If you are able to head to a different location instead, please do.

I experienced poor management and inadequate customer service at this location. I ordered a meal for my family, expecting a quick stop. After waiting 20 minutes in line, I was informed at the speaker that my order was confirmed. However, upon reaching the front, I was told there was no order. The manager, Luis, mentioned he doesn’t use the app because he receives free food and suggested I reorder after waiting 20 minutes. I refused, explaining that my order was visible on my phone and their system was malfunctioning. After some hesitation, he reluctantly agreed to take my order, which was then prepared immediately, after a total of 30 to 40 minutes and a 5 to 10-minute discussion at the drive-through, delaying the entire line.
I also informed Luis that my rewards meal was not redeemed due to the system glitch and requested it be processed immediately. He again insisted I reorder, which I refused, pointing out the system error. After further argument, he allowed me to pull up at the stop sign, where I waited an additional 10-15 minutes. When he finally arrived 12 minutes later, he claimed they had just received my order. I expressed my dissatisfaction with the unprofessionalism and lack of customer service, but he merely acknowledged my complaint and walked away, sending another employee to deliver the food.
In contrast, every other Chick-fil-A I’ve visited has provided exceptional customer service, which is why we return. However, due to Luis’s conduct, we will not be returning to this location. The experience of having my children cry for food for 30 minutes and then having to argue with a manager about the wait time was unacceptable and unprofessional.
I later spoke with Luis, who claimed to be the manager. I reiterated my dissatisfaction with the customer service, particularly the incident of being told to reorder. He denied saying that, further demonstrating a lack of leadership and customer service skills. I plan to contact Tucker, the main manager Luis mentioned, and possibly Tate, the owner, as per the information provided.

My kids love their food and their playground but today my order didn't go trough for some reason 17 minutes later I went to ask why I am not getting my food and a guy called Cody edberg helped me went to kitchen make sure my they get my food and he apologized he was the nicest person I ever seen here if you need help with anything in this location ask Cody he will be more than happy to help he is awesome he knows how to treat customers

Great place and great food! However attention to detail could use some looking at. I ordered a simple #2 sandwhich meal and asked for some chik fil a sauce. And a couple extra on the side. I got 0 sauces.... That was a bummer.... however the food was still juicy and great!!!

I was very disappointed with my recent visit. The food appeared and smelled old, and it lacked the fresh quality that Chick-fil-A is usually known for. The overall taste was unpleasant, which made the experience even more disappointing considering today’s high prices. I expect better quality and attention to detail for the cost. Additionally, the customer service was not very welcoming or friendly, which added to the negative experience. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and makes improvements to ensure customers receive the level of quality and service they’re paying for.

Order was completely wrong. I tried to go back and fix it but the manager was very rude and tried to ban me and my child from the store. Absolutely terrible service and I will be calling corporate!
