Only putting 4 stars because we go to this one all time went today around 6:20pm order 3057. Ordered 2 Cobb salads with double ranch didn’t get ranch at all but was charged for it. She didn’t asked if I wanted chicken on it or not. So they gave me regular chicken patty on there and I didn’t want that. So I ordered 12 grilled nuggets but only got 8 grilled nuggets. Didn’t have time to go back just disappointed been coming here for 5 years. First time this has happened

Ordered a salad for pick up, get home and notice I was given a kids meal chicken nuggets. Go back to the restaurant and get my salad. Get back home to notice the lettuce is disgusting. The water at the bottom of the container is brown and they still gave me the wrong salad. I will not be going there for a third time. Y’all need to sort out your quality assurance.

Hate this Chick-fil-A live 5 minutes away and every time they forget something, asked for chick fil a and ketchup twice and I was told they were in the bag, looked and they weren’t there and asked again and got told the same thing so I just drove off, I would rather drive 20 minutes to a different location before I ever come back they’re just sauces

Was just here through drive thru name is Ale and I felt so uncomfortable with the looks a blonde blued young girl was giving me didn’t even say anything. And another with dirty blonde brown hair they were so damn rude just giving a horrible look! She literally was mean mugging me! Check your damn staff she gave me racist vibes! That was disappointing from two young white females! Yall don’t see the current state of our country! Do better! The rest of the staff though was amazing Naarai, Naomi, and Bryan were lovely!

I love going to this Chick-fil-a, but after my visit I will no longer be an avid Chambers/Parker Chick-fil-a goer. While I was in the drive through I experienced the worst customer service ever, Anthony is the most unprofessional and rude employee I have ever seen at a Chick-fil-a. I don’t believe they were trained properly. He was talking back to all of his team members and greeted me so rudely at the drive through window. If I ever come back and they come up to my car at the window, I will drive off without my food and drinks because he shouldn’t be put on that position. If you are able to retrain him on how to be professional at work and how to treat his team members, please do so, at least for the sake of your future customers. My service will be sent somewhere else and I will be happy to go to another Chick-fil-a, where I will be treated well and won’t have to deal with unprofessional and rude employees like him.

The young lady who had the very long braids and was working the drive thru on 7/15/25 at 9:25am she needs to be trained in any customer service skill. She has NONE. No acknowledgement of customers whatsoever. If that is her attitude she needs to be put in the back. My question still is WHAT HAS HAPPENED TO CUSTOMER SERVICE???
