The young lady who had the very long braids and was working the drive thru on 7/15/25 at 9:25am she needs to be trained in any customer service skill. She has NONE. No acknowledgement of customers whatsoever. If that is her attitude she needs to be put in the back. My question still is WHAT HAS HAPPENED TO CUSTOMER SERVICE???

Check your order because we didn’t and they forgot one of our sandwiches. We called them and got 21 questions then were told they’ll load it onto the app either today or TOMORROW! How does that help? This was your guys’ mistake. Really dropping if food quality as well.

Ordered at drive thru. Ordered combo with Tortilla soup not fries. I’m not a fan of chick-fil-a fries. Got home and no soup. Fries. Receipt shows fries were ordered on combo. I was looking forward to the soup! Fries rubbery and cold. No rating on atmosphere because it’s drive thru.

This Chick-fil-A is the worst establishment I’ve ever visited. They can’t get orders right even when you show the order and to correct the mistake they will charge you. I ordered salad with extra strips. Guess the salad did not come with the regular chicken and I got charged 3 strips for like over $4.00. Safe yourself headaches and go somewhere else that can get orders right.

I recently went to this Chick-fil-a and my order was wrong. Which is okay but I went to go get it fixed and was approached by Yasira she was so rude! Her attitude is disrespectful she was talking down to the staff! Y’all should really put a stop to her I love eating at Chick-fil-a but that woman is awful! Please put a stop to her she thinks she all that! I felt bad for the employees that work for her!
