I've been to this Chili's several times and I always receive top notch service! The food and drinks are always on point and delivered in a timely manner directly proportnal to how busy the dining room is.

Fajitas are overpriced and there is an up charge for guacamole.!!! This is the only restaurant that I have ever been to that serves fajitas without guacamole. ---+ I had a what could have been a really great dinner here this evening. It would have been a great experience, except for two things. First, our server never smiled once. Maybe she was having a bad day. It really seemed like she did not want to deal with us or any of her other customers. It made the whole experience a little awkward. To make matters worse, Chili's no longer serves fajitas with guacamole. You now have to order the guacamole separately and there is an up charge. This is addition to the fact that the price of fajitas has gone up significantly! First time in decades I have had the fajitas at Chili's with no guacamole. As a matter of fact, it is the first time I have ever had Fajitas without guacamole. This was very disappointing.

I travel a lot with .y job. I like eating at Chili's, they are in most of the towns that I travel to. The food is always consistently good. This restaurant continued that impression on me. And the people were great.

The only reason the atmosphere was a 5, is because we were there for my grandson and daughter birthday. Other wise I wouldn't go out of my way to eat there.

The only saving grace for this location is the front house staff. Servers were nice and so was the hostess. Ordered Togo online and came to pick up. Waited a little bit to be greeted over by their Togo area. The cook who took care of us completely ignored my question and handed me my food and went back into the kitchen. Don’t expect anything ordering Togo from this location. Also forgot to mention. They did not include napkins, or utensils

How the mighty have fallen. Chilis use to be my go to when younger. Since then the menu has fallen apart. The final straw for me is when I realize any site on their WiFi (since there is zero cell service) that even remotely has to do with firearms is blocked. The chain has gone straight liberal. I’ll take my business elsewhere that actually offers open WiFi.
