i honestly have an issue with my food most the time however last time i ordered pickup and midway eating my food i pulled the LONGEST hair out of my mouth that i’ve ever ate in my life. i had the smokehouse combo so it was a LOT of food. i ate none of it. i asked for a refund but because i paid in cash they could only give me chilis credit…..WHY WOULD I EVER WANT TO EAT YOUR FOOD AGAIN?! i dont want credit not even for more than the meal was worth. shame on you guys. don’t pay in cash here, BETTER YET- DONT EAT HERE. i wish this was a lie every time i think about it i honestly get so sick to my stomach. never again

Hubby and I had burgers and they were great! Lemonade tasted funny (like bad ice or made with bad water) but hubby's soda was good so maybe not the ice. Maybe soda is a more flavorful drink and with carbonation you couldn't tell but whatever the reason, I couldn't drink the lemonade.

If you want better food go somewhere else seriously the food over the last 2-3 months has just completely gone downhill I do not know why I keep doing this to myself. Absolutely the last time I will go there, service is great praise to the staff up front...back house get your stuff together.

Stay FAR AWAY from the nachos plate! It was burnt cheese on a circle of chips. Not what nachos should be. Yuk! 🤢🤮They do have the best burgers in town, though.

They must have a new head chef or chefs the food has been very good the last three times we ate there. My wife likes her burger well done and I like mine no pink and both were right on.

I was trying to take Grandma to Applebee’s tonight, but there wasn’t one around so we ended up at Chili’s. Normally we only go to Applebees on special occasions, like when I put her in the nursing home for the first time. It makes her feel special and I’m all for that. However Applebees aside Chilis did impress grandma enough that I’m not sure we will ever go back to Applebees again. The food and service was fantastic. After we finished our meal I took her back to the Nursing home and she was one happy lady. Thank you for making our night out so fantastic. We will be back the next time I am in town and taking grandma out to dinner.

I would just go here to drink and eat chips.. food is prepared by monkeys with microwaves and the serving staff isn't much better.
