I frequently order from this location. Today I pulled a full leaf out of my burrito.
Second guessing myself I checked the menu and was reassured that they only offer romaine and the leaves used in the salads are different.
Every once in a while an ingredient will slide into your food. This was deliberate.
Any time I visit this location the customer service is abysmal, a deciding factor in my switch to delivery.
It seems the kids on this shift 1/12/24 (2:00pm) have some jokes in their slow time and I’m unimpressed.

Got served food cold, now have food poisoning and nausea. The place looked like a mess too with trash all over. Poorly run and the health inspector needs to come here.

Chipotle was chipotle.. Same good food but for two people it was 45 dollars for a carry out. A bit on the pricey side of you are looking for a cheap bite but the food is so good.

Do not do business with Chiptole. **followup after Chipotle response. I love how I received yet another automated response to this review. They asked me to reach out to them. Tried that already Chipotle. All done, thanks. I ordered online for delivery and was missing items. Instead of refunding me, their automated (bs) system gave me a coupon I will never use because the food and service are terrible. This is essentially theft because I was never given an option.

I had an absolutely horrible experience. The employees act as though they own the place and serve such small portions that even a one year-old could finish them in under a minute. To make matters worse, the store was out of fajitas during my visit. I ordered a veggie bowl and asked for more guacamole, only to have an employee rudely respond, "It already has guac." Yeah? Tell me something I don't know. I’m very well aware it has guac, but the portion was so small it was almost non-existent. Despite my reasonable request, she refused to add more.
Being out of a key ingredient like fajitas is already disappointing, but failing to make up for it with adequate portions of other ingredients is unacceptable. Let me remind you that customers are paying for their meals—we are not receiving free food. The portions should absolutely reflect the value of what we pay for.
Additionally, the attitudes of the staff were unprofessional. A little courtesy and a smile would go a long way in improving the customer experience. It’s not my (the customer’s) job to remind and teach employees on how to provide quality service. I expect much better portions, service, and attitudes moving forward.

They need to not be cheap and hire people for god sake, very slow service on a Sunday, only 2 people in the front and the worker is very slow and doesn’t care there is a big line of people waiting

Whenever I come in, my brown rice is never cooked all the way. I know it’s not as popular as white, but it’s $14 for a bowl of hard rice is insane at this point. It’s been one too many times and I’m starting to get annoyed.
