Like others, I also quit going to this location because each time I attempted to get a burrito it was severely undersized. One time, it was the size of my fist. I never ate them because I wasn't going to pay for what they made. Each time they said the portion sizes were right and that I would need to pay extra FOR WHAT EVERY OTHER CHIPOTLE WOULD PUT IN. And each time I told them I shouldn't have to tell them how to do the job I've watched others do everywhere else tons of times.

I stopped for a burrito, ordered ahead through the Chipotle mobile app, on 12/14/2025. Consistent with other reviews, the rice was undercooked and crunchy. Hoping that was the only thing undercooked, I finished the burrito and my drink and got back on my way home. That was a mistake.
About 23 hours later, I was sick as a dog. Food poisoning. I was up all night and quickly cramping from dehydration, having lost too much body fluid. It was really bad. Iāll never make the same mistake again.

I dont know how a Chipotle can be so bad. An online order for 1:10 should not be ready at 1:40. I am now late getting back to work, no time to eat. What is the point of having an online ordering system if you donāt follow it? Chipotle on Quincy and Buckley never misses by a minute, and the food is always top notch.

Placed a mobile order and both meals were missing items. To pay extra for guacamole and not get it is a bit annoying. Chips were also stale. To add insult when you try to report the issue you just get a coupon for a free drink when you spend 15-20 bucks on a bowl. Insane.

Whatās up with portion size, my double up burrito bowl has less chicken than single from various locations. Employees are trained too good, too much rice and beans with less than half protein portion. Aināt worth the visit.

I have traveled to numerous places, and as a visitor from Longmomt Co, I can confidently say that this was an exceptionally well-rounded destination. The staff were friendly, right up to the manager, Syrenity. I was greeted upon arrival and left with the manager and staff expressing their gratitude for my visit. They said āI look forward to returningā. Indeed, I will be back during my next visit to see my family. Thank you for your excellent service!

Every single time I come to chipotle I'm reminded why I don't like coming here. I just waited 30 min for a quesadilla that can only be ordered online, when the store wasn't even busy. I just wasted my whole lunch break watching people do nothing and waited to make my meal until the exact pickup time. Then you guys don't let us add beans to the quesadilla? Why is that a problem, when everywhere else I go it's completely okay? This is dumb, we're treated like second class citizens
