What’s up with portion size, my double up burrito bowl has less chicken than single from various locations. Employees are trained too good, too much rice and beans with less than half protein portion. Ain’t worth the visit.

I have traveled to numerous places, and as a visitor from Longmomt Co, I can confidently say that this was an exceptionally well-rounded destination. The staff were friendly, right up to the manager, Syrenity. I was greeted upon arrival and left with the manager and staff expressing their gratitude for my visit. They said “I look forward to returning”. Indeed, I will be back during my next visit to see my family. Thank you for your excellent service!

Every single time I come to chipotle I'm reminded why I don't like coming here. I just waited 30 min for a quesadilla that can only be ordered online, when the store wasn't even busy. I just wasted my whole lunch break watching people do nothing and waited to make my meal until the exact pickup time. Then you guys don't let us add beans to the quesadilla? Why is that a problem, when everywhere else I go it's completely okay? This is dumb, we're treated like second class citizens

Absolutely ZERO recignition when waiting for a to go mobile. The order was ready the entire time waiting! Togo orders are NOT on the togo shelf!
Absolutely awful. I have had issues with this chipotle since the pandemic. Undercooked rice, improper serving sizes, lazy staff… but today was just downright disrespectful. My husband’s burrito fell apart as soon as he opened it. The prices increase and the service and quality decrease. We’ve complained multiple times. The store doesn’t care, corporate doesn’t care. Same issues over and over. We switched to the one on smoky hill and Himalaya but they were out of rice today!
