I work at a business right by you and I walked over to be quicker because your take out process is frustrating. The line was over sized for 9pm and when I got to the server, 0 rice/ no cheese/ and the tortilla warmer was broken. Things break, I get that. But no cheese or any rice is like no gears but reverse on the transmission on race day.No maintenance call was made apparently so they were left to frustrated customers. I walked out and will not be back. I'll get Indian food or wings.2 star rating because this is not a line worker fault. This lies on kitchen management/cook and supply chain.

This is the worst Chipotle ever the employees are always so miserable looking and rude! The line looked like the food has been out all day and everything was either out or they were scraping the sides of the bowls to get just enough to put in the bowl. They were out of cheese, pico, brown rice and the queso looked like they made it this morning. After checking out I go to the soda machine and their is no ice and there is trash everywhere. The tables were disgusting and nothing looked liked it had been cleaned at all. I will never come back to this location after giving it many chances and seeing new employee after new employee all with the same "I hate my job" attitude I just refuse to come to this location ever again. I suggest no one else come here either

Place is an absolute DUMP. Trash is full. Every table is filthy, and the staff are just plain apathetic. They reluctantly wiped a table for us. Like this every time. Horrible.

This Chipotle is awful! It is so filthy! The service is terrible! The whole joint is disgusting ? All the tables are dirty! The poor chef is overwhelmed! The cashier is clueless! I would never ever recommend coming here! Please be aware this place is so gross! Hopefully it gets shut down!

I'm guessing no one at Chipotle HQ reads these reviews. This location is so bad that we drive to one 10 minutes further when we want a burrito. I would rattle off complaints, but they've already been said. Send a secret shopper 3 hours before they close. Half of the usual portion, IF they even have what you want (apparently they don't make any more food after 7, even when there's a line) but they don't charge you half the price. This place is a joke. Huge waste of money.

Out of barbacoa, out of carne asada, carnitas had visible lumps of fat in the container, went with their regular steak. Server put barely a spoon of meat on (guess because the steaks were still cooking so trying to conserve). What there was was mostly gristle. And the guacamole was browning. No consistency at all here at lunch time.
Store employee put old rice in a new batch. I request the fresh rice which was out. She heard my request rolled her eyes and put the old rice in new batch. Store is dirty, no clean tables available. All employees looked mad and upset. Never coming back. Food was not fresh.

The worst service at a Chipotle. I asked for a small amount of sour cream. When the guy went to put a huge second spoonful, I spoke up. He then scooped the extra sour cream ( with pieces of chicken in it ) and returned it to the bin on the line. I use to be in the service industry and said to him ....you can't do that, you have to pull the sour cream. He just shrugged his shoulders. I then said something to the cashier and he did nothing. I was honestly blown away. 3 employees and not 1 cared about the product, the service or proper food handling. I expect more from the Chipotle brand then others, this was eye opening.

The only worker that was polite was the African American woman at the beginning of line, everyone else was rude, especially the cashier. Trash was overflowing, floor was a mess, tables a mess, no drinks at all in any of the drink dispensers.
