I've been visiting Chipotle Mexican Grill for quite some time now. I know I need broaden my choice of foods, but honestly I've been getting same thing over and over again and I am not complaining. It's delicious and worth every penny. The staff is nice even though it changes constantly, every time I come to grab my uber eats pick up order, I would see new faces every time. It's not a big deal, as long as they hire nice enough staff that actually do care. Cheers. 4 stars for constant staff change but that's not management's problem, atmosphere is 4 stars for uncomfortable chairs only, the rest of it feels nice, the lighting is good. Foods 5 stars. At least the tacos I've been ordering are 5 stars.

was here on a Friday night, bad crew, no rice waited and was undercooked, they tried to put the old rice on top of the fresh one, told the manager their rice was under cooked and did not care at all! All he said was “Okay” what kind of manager is that?! Not even tried to make it right…. Ppl who don’t like the kitchen shouldn’t work in food establishments.
Brown guacamole looked like it sat there all day.
This Chipolte should be a role model for all other Chipolte locations. Portion sizes are appropriate, meat cooked to perfection (seasoned well & juicy), and the dining area is well taken care of. Bathrooms are also very clean. Employees are friendly and professional. This is by far my favorite location in Colorado and I always stop here after the gym if I can. Keep it up guys!

I came in at 9:10 waited in line for 20 minutes while one single person served everyone in line. By the time I came up the counters were disgusting and half of the salsas were made incorrectly or missing ingredients. Everyone else was in the back closing and cleaning, finally when I went up to be served I was told that they were out of both chips and guac very rudely by a girl named Faith. I did get her name because the way she was treating not only me, but other customers just standing in line was atrocious. Yelling and screaming for no good reason at people simply waiting by the door, with over 40 minutes before closing, they should be prepared for the late night crowd. Disgusted.

Disrespectful my bowl was half filled and 12 dollars i got scammed and i will never be comming back to this location ever again
This store is always dirty and literally will never make your order right. This location must think all of its customers are a joke, because the food they serve up definitely is. If you're in the mood for Chipotle and find yourself next to this one, don't bother.

Don't charge me extra and give me attitude because you can't wrap burritos. I told you specfically this would open when I got home, and asked for a 2nd torilla, and it still wasn't wrapped correctly. If you don't know how to wrap a burrito, next time I'll come on that side and wrap my own instead of getting a surcharge and attitude.
There's only 1 person(iykyk) at this location that knows how to fold/wrap a burrito...if that person isn't working the line, then expect your burrito to look like this or worse. I've probably come here like 1/week for 2 years but today was garbage(some summer employees if I had to guess), and need to scout it before I decide to order next time lol.
This place is a hit or miss. Depending on who’s behind the counter.
I got a bowl, they got that right but I also got a burrito with chicken, cheese, and sour cream and they put corn, lettuce, tomatoes, everything but cheese and sour cream.
kinda got scammed on portion size by the guy with terrifying acne. first time i left chipotle hungry. i had to go to another restaurant to finish my dinner, should’ve just gone somewhere else in the first place
i wouldn’t bother reaching out to chipotle support. just reject your food upon payment and leave the restaurant. total waste of time
Another day, another order lacking what has been paid for.
Bought 2 burritos yesterday for delivery. One with a little extra. One with double everything.
Instead I end up with pretty much nothing but rice in the burrito with double everything. I compared them and thought they looked okay until I actually ate the second one with double portions. I already have contacted management, again, and will continue to get free food as long as these people can't do their job.
