Everything was just slopped on top of each other, no mixture. As I bit into first bit I only got the the cheese, then the next bit just cheese then the next bite lettuce, all cheese was gone. I opened up the burrito and mixed what was left of ingredients the it was sorta ok. No more cheese in the burrito ??‍♀️

They suck. I’ve tried and tried to like this location. Everything shows up wrong. Will be the last time I order from them or any chipotle. Used to be one of my favorite places. I’m done with them.

This is the worse service Chipotle has to offer sorry but this is unacceptable specially when you are spending your money I mean what kind of portion is this for real , I mean we have been eating Chipotle for years and this is Bad the taste is different over cooked. even food trucks serve better and NORMAL size burritos ? this guy was serving the full spoon and putting back half of it back in the pan. And trying to go fast without even adding all the toppings and wrapping it loose and when I ask for extra 2 side of sauces which he dIdent put them on when I asked him , he gave me only one and asked for chips as well and they Didn’t have any. And we were a family of 3 my wife order as well and it wasn’t the usual ?chipotle. Very bad customer service Rude and with Attitude.This store needs some serious workMr regional Manager. Never back Again to this store.

The portions are awful because they give you too little and do not refill their stations. They also can’t understand and memorize the simplest introductions such as “cheese and lettuce please”. Instead they just give you cheese and start packing your food away without the lettuce… Poor service, will not go back.

Do not order delivery from this location. They did not send the large chips and guac or put guac and sour cream on the entrees as ordered and clearly stated on the order ticket attached to the bag. Those omissions totaled about half of our total bill! I made an initial complaint to the chat bot on their app, because apparently that is the only way to contact their customer service anymore, I did not realize items were missing from the entrees. I was too quick on the trigger to report the missing large chips and guac. It would not let me add the entree issues later. The chat bot also bounced me around between the app, internet browser and App Store. While it did ultimately say they were going to add two complimentary orders of chips and guac, it would not tell me if it would be issuing a refund. If they don't issue a refund, the two regular chips and guac would net me a whopping $1.30 for the inconvenience. Not sure how you want to be treated as a customer who didn't get what they paid for, but this isn't how I would like to be treated. Order delivery at your own risk

I'm not sure if chipotle has gone downhill everywhere else too or just this location. My food was not good at all. Plus I was charged extra for everything including a side of tortilla with my bowl. I also got side of queso with chips - my queso wasn't filled all the way and I had to ask the server twice to fill up the cup that I'm paying for. The chips were horrible / stale that I had to throw them out when I got home. My husband paid extra for his steak and he barely had any steak cubes in his bowl. At least give people extra food if they're paying extra for it !

The manager was rude to the team member right in front of me and refused to honor my birthday reward. The cashier was being very kind and apologetic while her manager was yelling at her for even asking to honor my reward. I feel bad any of the other workers that have to work with him.

I’ve had several bad experiences. The workers there are sloppy, the facility is dirty and they have no sense of urgency. Go to the chipotle on cottonwood! I couldn’t express it more how bad this location is.

Truly horrible experience. Both employees were irritated that someone walked through the door. I was rushed through every word I said. I couldn't finished speaking before she would say "and?" She was so aggressively rude I was I almost walked out. When we made it to the register she asked if I wanted anything else and I asked for two vinaigrettes. She told me it would be extra. I have NEVER at any chipotle location been charged for vinaigrette. I have never been charged for it before at this location. I asked when that had changed, and she told me it had always been that way at this location. I looked at my receipt after and she charged me for extra tortillas in order to "charge" me $1 for the vinaigrette.My burrito was so sloppily made that is leaked everywhere. They did not drain anything...Y'all are the worst. Don't work I'm customer service if you hate people????

This place is a joke. The meat portions Should be weighed, if there gonna be that Stingey. 8 clock Thursday Aug 3, I don't get much other then meat Pico and Lettuce, the only lady there most likely the shift lead said were out.. so I said kindly ill wait, she responds with the most negative attitude I have ever witnessed in person, she says pshh that's gonna be 20min..pretty much Implying, I wasn't gonna get any so I paid for rice and meat, will never return here.
