I have visited this location multiple times for lunch. I have always found the team to be polite and in good spirits. The lines at the door move quickly and the quality of the prepared food great. I have witnessed the team running drinks, chips and salsa, etc. out to people who left them behind at the register.

This Chipotle needs help in all honesty I’ve been here multiple times and this location is a disappointment. Their guacamole has been super dark the last three times I’ve gone not appetizing their chips have no salt super bland. I got there bowl of stake and only found less then a half full of pieces of stake. There was so much rice and beans it was ridiculous. There portions are not equal to what it use to so much rice and beans. I’ve gave this location the benefit of the doubt multiple times but after today I’ll be my last visit.

If I could give this rating a ZERO- I would! This is the WORST location in Aurora. The employees (Francisca and her male friend working tonight) are super Unprofessional and Disrespectful. NO ounce of respect resides at this location. The food made was also very SLOPPY. We ordered 3 simple chicken and cheese quesadillas and asked the little man to add more chicken talking about that'll be extra money as he proceeded to put 3 or 4 pieces of chicken AND he argued back! Not only was there barely any chicken but the cheese didn't even melt properly. How do you screw up such an easy order like this. Extremely disappointed with the service here tonight. AVOID this location at all costs- just drive yourself to the iliff and Parker location where the employees there actually have mannerism and know customer service.

I love Chipotle and eat it all the time but eating at this location is a crapshoot whether it will make you ill. About half the times I've eaten here I haven't felt well after so I've stopped going to this location. I suspect their food safety skills need some improvement.
This doesn't happen with other locations I frequent.

Serving didn’t even fill the bowl, left half of my bowl straight cardboard & when asked about serving they gave an attitude + decided to huddle up & speak Spanish after clearly speaking English… not worth $10 & will not be back!!!
