Another disappointing experience. Doesn't matter how much time has passed between visits it never fails. I can't find a decent one around me. Charged the $3.60 for extra chicken and barely got any.

I'm sorry but this location sucks! I rather go to the one on Monaco and Leetsdale , or iliff location before I go to the Havana and mississippii location .
Sometimes I feel like I'm going to get food poisoning from this location so I do my best to avoid this location .
Most of the cilantro is old and wilted they don't chop up the cilantro, they will put big cilantro pieces along with the stem. the meat tastes undercooked. I went in once and the guacamole was black. the customer service is cool butthis location does not know how to cook it tastes like a totally different Chipotle.

I came in tonight 7:00 PM. The girls that were working were rude not only that they were cleaning and scrubbing the floor and the hot steam table, but they had the food wide open, no lids on the food and spraying cleaners around all the food and wiping around it. how disgusting!!! And that’s not the only time I’ve seen that happen. Does it really take that long to close chipotle down? I’ll never come back here again. You got horrible workers and a bad manager that would let their workers do that and also I’m reporting you to the health department that is not standard procedure.

Echoing other online customers. Order wasn’t started until 30 minutes after estimated readiness. Avoid unless a 50 minute wait for a burrito bowl is your thing

The lady with green dreads is super rude and unprofessional. She has a smile on her face with customers with the same skin tone but acts stand off-ish and rude to customers with different skin color. Makes me think if roles were reversed would that person still have a job? I think not.

Well, I have two complaints about this place, when one goes to eat there, the tables are always very dirty and the other, the person in charge of hiring in this place is a bad person who has no say, my daughter applied for this place and never showed her face. despotic person the first time they told him they didn't have time the second time the person wasn't there and the third time I don't understand why they have appointments if they are not going to serve people I will never go there again 😡😡

Don’t order for pick up from here I ordered for pick I got there at pick up time 12:50 didn’t get my food until 1:40. I need a refund I ordered a smoked brisket burrito and a smoked brisket bowl when I got back and started eating I noticed there was no meat at all. Unorganized establishment pick up orders were pilling up and no one was making them

Out of brown rice and barbacoa at 8:50. Didn't offer to make more, just said we're out. Still over 3 hours until closing.

Terrible customer service from this woman. I placed my order online for pick up and I'm standing there waiting for someone to help me and I tell this woman that I'm there for a pick up and the shameless woman tells me that they are busy. So what's the point of ordering online if I have to wait until they are not busy just to give me my order?

Horrible staff! It's like the girl at the counter was auditioning for a horror movie, ready to scare the customers away instead of taking their orders. I was trying to order 2 chicken bowls and 2 chicken tacos, but when I peeked into the chicken container, I swear it looked like it was on a diet—barely enough to feed a sparrow!

So, I asked if they had any fresh chicken, and the cook rolled her eyes so hard I half expected her to see the Big Bang. "It's fresh," she said, but I could tell that container was living in the past! When I pointed out it was barely enough for my order, you should've seen her face as she pulled out a fresh container. It was like she was handing over her last slice of pizza, looking as if she was about to break down in tears because she was parting with her lunch that she’d been saving for her starving grandfather. I mean, come on, I just wanted some chicken, not a drama scene!

Consistent quality, attention to detail, friendly demeanor. Three key ingredients when whipping up a successful business operation. I order almost exclusively online these days and honestly can't remember the last time this location fudged an order. Kudos Havana Chipotle👍

Parking: Tricky parking lot at times, but the restaurant itself has plenty available parking
