Tried to ask how to use my rewards. I’d gotten an email about free chips with my next order but didn’t get them with my order. There were five employees standing around not busy and nobody could or would help me out. Their free chips promotional emails are a bait and switch scam if nobody who works there including the manager can figure out how to get the free chips offered to me in the email.

Look what’s new! When you order online and don’t watch them make your bowl, you get a half portion! Yes, and only 5 pieces of meat and a sprinkle of lettuce!
Perhaps its because they are next to a Walmart and the volume that they must do that they don't need to put in much effort or provide quality service. Making fun of a customer for asking a question when they turned away is also very unprofessional.
