I rarely if ever review chain restaurants because⌠theyâre chains. I just want to say avoid the Asada at this location at all costs. Horribly overcooked. Aside from that everything else was normal Chipotle.

Chipolte as a whole has gone down hill. I cant seem to ever find the good old tasty chipolte. The recipies have all been watered down with flavor, its greasy and gross, over priced and causes stomach discomfort. The Chicken and steak are rubber now, like 95% and everything else seems to not match.

I delivered items to my home becuse im sick . I sent the driver a message in advance to check to make sure they put certain items in the bag. The salad dressing for the salad and the chimichuri sauce we paid extra for. I Still didnât get any of the extra items I paid forever . The bowls were so small and sloppy put together. I had to go all the way back up to the store after I paid for delivery to have the bowls remade and the correct missing items added to the bag. The manager proceeds to tell me about portion control as i watch them load up customers bowls with out them having to ask. I feel like they send you whatever they want for delivery because they donât think you will go back and correct it . I will never go to this location again. Iâve ordered here many times for delivery and itâs always the same story. This chipotle really takes a lot of my money any time I deliver things simply because they donât read well and they donât include the extras you pay for. I will now go to a new location because im fed up. I tried to give them sooo many chances but they constantly drop the ball when im spending my hard earned money .

Usually I donât write complaint reviews but I had a terrible experience with the service today. Everything went well until checkout. I get asked if I want chips or drinks and I ask for chips. I get distracted thinking on whether or not I want a drink and end up deciding to get one. I ask for the drink and end up paying. As Iâm walking away I realize the cashier lady forgot to give me my cup so I turn around and ask for it. I leave and get back to work, then I start taking my food out of the bag and realize they forgot my chips as well. Forgetting to give me the things that I paid for really sucks, I couldnât even go back to the restaurant and ask for the chips since I was already about to go in for work. The hostâs name was Paola according to the receipt. Again iâm very disappointed with the service today, if you guys go to that chipotle make sure to see everything is in the bag and that the workers arenât distracted talking to each other.

âĄď¸ Taste & Quality:â¨The taste was excellent, with fresh ingredients and bold flavors that Chipotle always delivers. The quality was top-notch, with each bowl packed with care, living up to my expectations.

Go to another location all they do here is run they mouth stay low stock on food and mess your order up. There is a panda express and Wingstop as well as another few places that doesn't do any of what I said above. I could give 0 stars if that was an option. For one donât offer delivery via DoorDash if you canât do more to help. Store offers no support with delivery and DoorDash says reach out to the store when an issue arises. Driver had my food for over an hour after pickup before it got to me. Chips were burnt and food looked a mess. Food was cold but thatâs on DoorDash. I wonât use this location or DoorDash againâŚtried to call the driver and he had no idea how to speak English. Since the store wonât help and website wonât Iâll just request a chargeback. Do better Chipotle
