I wish they had a negative review option. We were there Friday night and the place was not busy at all, I’d say about 20 people max including kids. We ordered pizza, wings and fries as soon as we got there. They took more than an hour for the pizza & wings to come out. We never got our French fries. We told the guy in front & he said they had ran out but yet nobody had told us that. We asked for a refund, all he said was “let me see what we can do.” They never got back to us at all. Mind you, we also didn’t even get paper plates we had to eat on napkins because we weren’t trying to wait another 30 minutes for plates. Also, their ice machine wasn’t working. Never going back again. Bad service and overpriced food.

This place never fails! Services were great and the staff were awesome! Most definitely recommend to bring your mini me’s and enjoy a place where a kid can be a kid! Food was awesome! And the show was great! 10/10! Bravo! Bravo! Sir Chucks wins again!

If I could give this place Negative Stars I would. Do not come here. The place is poorly ran, one employee was wiping his nose with his hands and helping guests. We were harassed and threatened by a group of women because their kid tackled one of our kids. All we said was “That is not ok.”. Their kids then proceeded to follow me and my 3 year old around the rest of the time and harassed us and they were trying to pick up and touch my kid. When I asked them not to touch my kid they started yelling at me that they were going to get their Mom. I then went to the General Manager and he said that he couldn’t do anything to help us unless they physically assaulted us and then would call the police. So it was very uncomfortable to be there. We were there for a Birthday party and Chucky Cheese came out once during the whole 2hr party. Mind you there were other birthday parties there too. They didn’t provide some of the stuff that was part of their birthday package. So in conclusion do not come here. It’s not a family place, they do not take safety seriously for guests, they don’t give you what you pay for and the employees just don’t care about anything. -10 Stars

Did not receive plates or cups when ordering was not told chuck e cheese socks were required for the jumping area that we paid for. Each time I went to counter no one was there to help so after a couple minutes each time helped myself. Of course the employees may have been chasing the squirrel that was running around the restaurant trying to get it outside.

I wanted to give Lilly a shout out. She took care of us and got us the best deal for my grandson and Godson. She went out of her way to to explain a couple of different plans and then allowed us to pick what was best deal for us and the amount of time we would be there. Great example of customer service.

So I went to Chuck E Cheese, objective to buy a medium pizza, eat half today, half tomorrow. Good service. When it was time to pick up pizza, THIS is medium. Cost way too much for such a small size

Please do not come here! I’ve never seen a place so unorganized literally the worst experience we had firstly every time we went to the front desk there were almost never anybody over there, we had to wait almost an hour for our food the wings were burnt and what made things worse somehow a squirrel got stuck inside the building and it took the ENTIRE staff almost 20 minutes to get it out. WHERE ARE THE MANAGERS? Just ridiculous.
This chuckie e cheese is the worst… Don’t waste your money here and go to a different location. Customer service here is horrible everyone is always so rude and useless.

I wanted to give Lilianna / Lily a shout out! Every time I bring my baby girl, Lily always greets her with a huge smile! She is so, so sweet and kind. I see her working like crazy to help people at the counter and around Chuck E. Cheese every time we visit. We come almost once a week and Lily always says something so sweet to my baby. I hope she sees this and knows how grateful we are for her kind words and stellar service! I’m so grateful for the staff here, they always go above and beyond. I’ve seen huge lines from summer camp groups at the prize booth and the staff were so gentle and patient with every child. The Chuck E. Cheese does a phenomenal job and I could tell they enjoyed making the kid’s happy! My daughter loves to give the Chuck E, Cheese high fives and hugs! Such a great team! Thank you!!!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
