My son had a very nice 6th birthday party here. It felt safe and the pizza & wings are good. The staff is nice and helpful as well.

Overall the establishment is overpriced and I'm ok with that. I draw issue when I'm overcharged and underwhelmed. The manager is quite literally awful ( as corporate could see if they read the reviews instead of posting a link for more of my labor, get your employees to do it). The kitchen staff are undertrained and overwhelmed ( see all the one star ratings related to food). There was a young lady attempting to update the salad bar ( plot twist there seems to NEVER be an lettuce there) and she was pulled to the front count to assist with was a line of 3. So, the manager can't generally manage but has micromanaging down to an exact science. I won't be back, matter of fact, I'm pulling up my windows and locking the doors as I pass by (Yes, pulling them up with brute force).

Lack of stocked items such as no salad plates, no atraws etc,, minimal salad item choices, broken food-ready buzzer so pizza was stone cold when given to us, workers on their phones. Food items are expensive and low quality.

We ordered $100 worth of food, they had no ranch. They had ran out ?! We wanted a refund for our wings and salad since we didn’t want to eat them with our ranch. We asked for a refund and the manager was nowhere to be found! The girl taking care of us was very rude. We waited for an hour on our pizza. When she finally came out to give us our refund i asked for our pizza and she said she’ll bring it out. Pizza was cold and stale. Very disappointed

More than half the games were dysfunctional the pizza was undercooked so much the middle was doughy. Salad bar was depleted and anything left over was soggy and there were toddlers climbing in the basketball games. Not one single skeeball was in working order and the staff members were all congregate in the front chatting.

I'm going to be honest and say this was my first time stepping into a Chuck E. Cheese since my own youth. And it was just as disturbing as I remember.
As an overall theme, there is only so much you can do. However, this location seemed a little less than inviting. Given that we are in Colorado, we came here for my sons 5th birthday at the last minute because his party got snowed out.
Needless to say, we ended up here. The place was clean for the most part, but the service was very slow. For us being one of 3 tables in the whole place, the staff was struggling to watch the front counter and it took way too long to get the simplest of asks to be met with service or even a friendly attitude.
Half of the games were also out of order so your choice of playing material was fairly limited. Not to mention, none of the games that were broken were turned off. They just said "error" and were constantly adding unnecessary noise to the environment.
Also, the pizza is still cardboard.
Each game gave out 1-5 tickets at most unless you got lucky with a jackpot. Meanwhile, the prizes are close to 600 tickets each. As a staple of my childhood, it's sad to see the residual shell of what Charles Entertainment Cheese has to offer, and I'm disappointed.

I really do not know why this place is even still open. The customer service is nonexistent everything about this place is disgusting down to the salad bar that I paid $12 for all of the cross-contamination at that salad bar is ridiculous. The bathroom smells like old moldy, asbestos sticky floors. Most of the games were broken. I don’t recommend this place ever.
