I don't recommend this location. Maybe they just had an off day? I usually like Church's but was disappointed this time.
The employee at the drive in window seemed kind of out of it. He took forever to take my payment, even though the store was empty and there was no one else in line. I could see him spacing out while gathering the order. In addition, he forgot one of the drinks and the order of fried okra. I caught the missing drink at the window. Unfortunately I didn't discover the missing okra until I got home. Make sure to check your order before you leave.
The food itself was also not great. The tenders were a little under done. Fortunately they weren't undercooked inside but they weren't very well browned. The sodas were pretty watered down and the bisuits were much drier than I've ever had from a Church's. Over all the experience was underwhelming.
Also, the parking and drive-through layout are weird and not the easiest to navigate. Not a dealbreaker but with the poor service and food quality I'd suggest avoiding this location.

I am a restaurant worker and have been for a very long time. I really hate to leave bad reviews when it comes to employees because I get it. But this location's employees are not good, to say the least trying to be nice. First off, they will not take your order at the speaker until the person at the window drives off. They will have a huge line, but will only take and fill one order at a time. I've been going to this location for years and it's always been that way. Second, they are rude, and either do not listen or they mess up orders on purpose. I just left the store where I asked for 2 breasts, 12 bombers and 6 creamy jalapeno sauces. Pretty simple, I think. I got 2 thighs, 4 bombers and 4 creamy jalapeno sauces. All of the 3 things I asked for were wrong. It's just annoying. That's all, I guess.

This location was lovely!! The staff treated me and my partner right away and also pointed out which was spicy over original as my partner doesn't care for spice. I also went to pay for a drink and was given it as courtesy which was so kind! The space was open and sunny with a great selection of music and the food was fresh. Dining and restrooms were clean as well! I would definitely recommend this location & come back myself as I Love Church's!!
