We don't have Cinnabon Stores where we live, so we stopped here on our way to the airport. We paid $20.59 + tax for a 15 pack of Minibuns. We were shocked when we finally got home and saw how very SHORT they were, plus EVEN AFTER adding the ONE TINY cup of icing across all 15 Minibuns, there was very little icing on them. We come to this area at least every 3-4 months, but since this store seems to value profits more than their customers (if they're ok with putting Minibuns in a package that are only ONE INCH HIGH and have very little frosting), then we won't be coming back here. Please review our photos for proof. (BTW, the pictured Minibun has icing on the bottom because we'd stacked THREE of them up in the bowl since they're only ONE INCH HIGH, so the frosting is from the one underneath.)

Came here last Saturday to shop and wanted Fresh cinnamon rolls of 6 and they didn't have any more they said the have smaller ones for less price so I thought it was a deal got home and they were cold like they were in the fridge think they were in the fridge for a couple of days 20 dollars down the drain make sure when u buy them they are warm to the touch there not fresh

Fast, friendly, and efficient is the service I received here. The cashier was attentive and competent at working the register and greeting me with a big bright smile. The store location was neat, clean and brightly lit.

Very good customer service the only reason they can't get five stars because the menu is not updated I purchased for bun bites and the menu it states 489 upon me looking at my receipt is it 579+ tax 625 she informed me that to put on the caramel kind of extra however than he doesn't say that I just says add that if you choose but not for additional price and it's just kind of misleading if you think you're paying one thing and you actually pay another so that will be the only bad part

I work for doordash and I had a order at this location. There is no sign that says where doordash needs to be picked up so I get in line. And when I got to the front of the line I got told that I had to pick up the order on the other side of the counter that was 2 feet away from the young tall boy who had short curly hair I spoke to at the front of the line. He was just standing there. He wasn't waiting on anything. He was just standing when I got there. But instead of moving the few feet to grab my order. He told us we had to go down to the other end of the counter And wait. So I go down and wait another 3 minutes for someone else to notice me. The boy didn't even ask one of his coworkers to help us. Bad staff at this location.
