Dirty and slow. Go somewhere else. Waited over 30 minutes for bagel sandwiches.

Showed up at 1:45 June 7th. Doors already locked. One star worthy

This location has just digressed more each year. Food quality has definitely gone down. Today we were served burnt bagel sandwiches. It wasn't busy yet we waited quite awhile for 2 bagels. Where are the tables?? Used to have more tables and places to sit. Now its one long table with 8 chairs, a long bench with 2 small tables. Worst part was management did nothing about a lady sitting on the end of the bench with her big hairy dog taking up most of the bench. Dog had a leash attached but got up several times walking over to condiments area and up to others. I love dogs but I'm allergic to dogs! There is no reason for dogs to be in restaurants or stores!! This lady wasn't even a customer. Now everyone who comes in, not knowing a dog was there, will be sitting in dog hair and dog slobber. Einsteins certainly not wiping down tables/benches. This store is not clean. BRING BACK SOME TABLES AND KEEP ANIMALS OUT!!!

Had a delicious bagel. They were super busy so I waited over 30 mins for just a toasted bagel but over all good experience staff was friendly, food was good.

Hadn’t been to an EBB in a long time but decided to come here for a change. Customers in front of me in the line took forever to place the order and pay due to some reason, outside of the store’s control. But then waiting for the order, wtf? There wasn’t even that much people but have been waiting for 20 mins and it’s still to come out…

Texas Brisket is my favorite.

Officially done with this location. Incompetent employees and the slowest service ever. 30+ minutes for a bagel is absolutely ridiculous and food quality is inconsistent.

On 12-21, I ordered 2 small sandwiches at 7:23. Tell me how the bros in the back, messing around, took 20 min to make 2 petty sandwiches, and served everyone else who was behind us in line their sandwiches and coffees.

They were cussing up a storm, messing around, no urgency and unprofessional. Never coming here again. I wanted to be patient, but this is the last straw. It’s now 7:44 and I haven’t received my order. Over priced

If you are stopping here in the morning before work, make sure you have plenty of extra time because they are pretty slow. Avocado toast took almost 20 minutes. They seem understaffed.

I love Einstein Bros Bagels, but their online ordering leaves a LOT to be desired. The earliest they will fulfill an online order is 3-4 hours after you place it. That is totally ridiculous and unacceptable. Not only that, but you can't choose the Bagels you want if you order a bakers dozen. You are stuck with the default. You are better of planning on ordering there and waiting the 5-10 minutes it takes them to fulfill an order.

This location on AIRPORT ROAD needs to hire MORE PEOPLE. The wait is always longer than sin and the workers seem so overworked. Give them a break and hire more people!

The girl taking orders at the front is rude. While waiting. I witness her cussing and talking under her breath at customers which I’m sure she did to me while I wasn’t paying attention. She needs a serious attitude adjustment before she finds the wrong one.
