Einstein Bros. Bagels

there wasn't even a lot of people and waited over 20 min as we watched everyone get their food before us. no sense of urgency from the workers.
after seeing the reviews I know we made a mistake in coming here. will not return

40 minutes for two bagels. Never again.

There was so much pepper embedded in the egg and cheese bagel that the sandwich was not edible. We ordered two egg and cheese bagels online and they were both like this.
We stop here occasionally and have never had a problem before. I'm not sure if this was a mistake or an upset employee.

Believe the reviews. Made the mistake to order a cinnamon raisin bagel. Waited 20 mins go by and nothing, had to ask for a refund. This was my first time ordering a bagel at this location since its pretty close to my job, guess what I was even late to work. Won't be coming back ever again.

We stopped in here on our last day visiting Denver for Crimecon. We were headed to the airport so had plenty of time. Ordered a Chorizo Sunrise and a Farmhouse. We got our 2 coffees and they were lukewarm. When we sad down I noticed one guy going up to complain about the wait. I looked around and noticed a party of 6, and 3 other people before us waiting on their order already.

Worried we'd have a VERY long wait, I checked reviews and realized we may have made a terrible mistake coming here. Luckily, our order was done in about 20 minutes, not 30. Like the coffee the bagel sandwichs were lukewarm but they tasted good enough.

So our experience was decent, not as terrible as other reviews. We were surprised at the mediocre quality of food though because back home in Tennessee Einstein Bagels is THE bagel place and we're never disappointed in any way at all. I assume it's just a Denver thing.

Food took around 30min on a busy day. The cashier handled it perfectly and was friendly. Gave a dozen free bagels. Greag customer service and will be back!!

I waited 50 minutes for 2 sandwiches n they didn't even have the bagel I asked for

Way to under staffed to expect quick or reliable service. Employees are nice, but I’m not waiting more than 35 minutes for a bagel lol. Would recommend avoiding.

Showed up at 1:45 June 7th. Doors already locked. One star worthy

This location has just digressed more each year. Food quality has definitely gone down. Today we were served burnt bagel sandwiches. It wasn't busy yet we waited quite awhile for 2 bagels. Where are the tables?? Used to have more tables and places to sit. Now its one long table with 8 chairs, a long bench with 2 small tables. Worst part was management did nothing about a lady sitting on the end of the bench with her big hairy dog taking up most of the bench. Dog had a leash attached but got up several times walking over to condiments area and up to others. I love dogs but I'm allergic to dogs! There is no reason for dogs to be in restaurants or stores!! This lady wasn't even a customer. Now everyone who comes in, not knowing a dog was there, will be sitting in dog hair and dog slobber. Einsteins certainly not wiping down tables/benches. This store is not clean. BRING BACK SOME TABLES AND KEEP ANIMALS OUT!!!
