We went today and the place was nasty they didn’t clean the cold stone top and it was caked on with all sorts of topping and ice cream and they weren’t wearing gloves. Also aren’t keeping up with food safety regulations and almost gave my boyfriend an allergic reaction because they had left over peanuts on the cold stone too where the worker made his ice cream. DO NOT RECOMMEND

One of the worst cold stones I've been to. The people behind the counter seem so busy doing I don't know what in an ice cream place that seems to have no customers. Ordered my ice cream separate, you got that right, ordered my ice cream with KitKat mixins and then when I get to the counter to pay, it's missing them. When I let the person know, she put kit kat in it but not mixed in, what a half ass job. What a waste of almost 20 dollars for crappy service.

Overall satisfied with the service however, while watching them make our ice cream I noticed that two of the workers were not wearing gloves. I understand that it would become a thing changing gloves every time they are making it but for sanitary reasons the employees should be wearing them.

Website says that the store closes at 11 pm on Saturday. We drove up at 9:45 on Nov. 9 and as soon as they see us, they turn off all the lights and open sign off. We just wanted to get some ice cream to end our date night, luckily Andy's was open!

Have my one treats the hardest time and refused to give him my Reese’s peanut butter cup that I paid like 6$ extra for. I had to call and demand that they look up my order and I was right!! They were so rude!! I love goldstone but will never order or buy from this location again. Learn how to do your job correctly and if you hate your job that much then quit!! Ice cream is a happy place, not for asshole who don’t want to look up the order and correctly fill it

Samantha and syra was amazing!! Great experience and customer service. Ice cream is always amazing service is always amazing great place to go!!!
This was our family Cold Stone, but not anymore. We were not greeted when we came in as the only customers. The three women behind the counter were running back and forth between the back and front and eating ice cream out of the display case with spoons. They charged us incorrectly and when we told them about it, they did not fix the error. We have never been treated like that there and we will never return again. How sad.

This store is disgusting. I usually go to the one that's on Buckley but somehow selected the wrong one and Uber Eats and now it explains the reason why my last couple orders have tasted like soil. The ice cream toppings do, missing a waffle cone and the cones taste like story. Don't go to this store, the one on Buckley has quality . Manager of the store denied everything and try to blame Uber for eating my chocolate cone. I did not have extra toppings she claimed I absolutely had extra heat and I did not. I've never had a single complaint at the Buckley store, this store is trash and so is their service . This is what they call extra toppings and as you can see, I have a blue sprinkle in a coffee lovers ice cream.

Went inside no one talked to me. When it came to asking what I would like I told the lady that I was allergic to berries and she ignored what I said and used the same spoons that was just used to grab my ice cream. Before I walked out I repeated to her I am allergic to berries, I walked out before I left in an ambulance. No care was given to what I said.No care was given for service either no hands were washed. If I could give negative stars I would.

I went with someone there to get ice cream and the employee asked my friend if she wants toppings and didn’t asked me for the toppings.Got a melted ice cream looking nothing like the picture showed on the place and looked like made up by a kid .
