I ordered a Love It cup and was charged for a Gotta Have It with some random extra charges added in. The person behind the counter didn’t even make it how I ordered—she just did it however she wanted.
On top of that, every employee had a bad attitude. They act like they’re in a rush to get out of there, asking if people are “ready yet” like we’re the problem for taking a second to order. Not friendly at all.
And of course, they ask for tips—on top of overcharging. For what? Bad service and sloppy work?
This location needs some serious training in customer service and accuracy. Definitely not worth the hassle.

We got tonthe store 5 mins before they close to order an ice cream mix and they told us they already clean everything n we cnt add or get mix ice creams the stiorecloses at 10 pm we got there at 9:55 inwork in another location and we serve ice creams until the closing time

Worker should really be trained better. Had a bad attitude asked what i wanted i told them my topping and the cold table was soo dirty. i got other orders toppings that i didn’t want on mine glad I’m not allergic to peanuts or anything i got a little of everything on my order. From them not cleaning it as they should. Place has gone down in quality been coming here since i was a child and now really debating of even stoping in any more

We went today and the place was nasty they didn’t clean the cold stone top and it was caked on with all sorts of topping and ice cream and they weren’t wearing gloves. Also aren’t keeping up with food safety regulations and almost gave my boyfriend an allergic reaction because they had left over peanuts on the cold stone too where the worker made his ice cream. DO NOT RECOMMEND

One of the worst cold stones I've been to. The people behind the counter seem so busy doing I don't know what in an ice cream place that seems to have no customers. Ordered my ice cream separate, you got that right, ordered my ice cream with KitKat mixins and then when I get to the counter to pay, it's missing them. When I let the person know, she put kit kat in it but not mixed in, what a half ass job. What a waste of almost 20 dollars for crappy service.

Overall satisfied with the service however, while watching them make our ice cream I noticed that two of the workers were not wearing gloves. I understand that it would become a thing changing gloves every time they are making it but for sanitary reasons the employees should be wearing them.

Website says that the store closes at 11 pm on Saturday. We drove up at 9:45 on Nov. 9 and as soon as they see us, they turn off all the lights and open sign off. We just wanted to get some ice cream to end our date night, luckily Andy's was open!

Have my one treats the hardest time and refused to give him my Reese’s peanut butter cup that I paid like 6$ extra for. I had to call and demand that they look up my order and I was right!! They were so rude!! I love goldstone but will never order or buy from this location again. Learn how to do your job correctly and if you hate your job that much then quit!! Ice cream is a happy place, not for asshole who don’t want to look up the order and correctly fill it
