Thank you Abraham! You & your staff were amazingly patient and helpful which made our fundraiser a huge success! The students, family and faculty had such a blast on both sides of the counter. The students gained a lot of knowledge before they venture in the job market one day! Wishing I could truly express how much I appreciated all your hard work and making the entire experience such a fun day! Thank you for supporting our school and the 8th grade class!

We've been here twice now and both times it has been wonderful. Tons of ingredients are placed in the ice cream, which is firm and solid, not runny like in some locations.

There is a small sitting area where the tables were clean. Staff were attentive and worked together to complete orders.

The cost was a little steep for a Gotta Have It ($9.69), but for a once in awhile treat, who can resistm. Overall, a great location and we will definitely return.

DONT COME HERE I went today at 9:10 and I saw they closed at 9:30 so I didn’t think anything of it and we were standing there for 5 minutes before we were even acknowledged but whatever I proceed to order and the girl was pretty rude she seemed like she just wanted to push us out so I only needed up getting two bowls then the other girl working asked me what other thing I wanted and helped her out but I don’t understand how there could be a bunch of teenagers running a buisness without knowing how to properly do things. I’ve worked in customer service before and no matter what time they come in I have a smile on my face because it isn’t their fault. If I could give zero starts I would. Don’t come here. Rather waste your good money somewhere else where they have proper and simple manners !!

Big shout out to Seyja, Anthony and Nick. We came in for my son's 6th birthday and they were amazing my son had a huge smile! Thx for the awesome service, and we'll be back soon. BFox

If I could leave a negative review this would be the place. Never gets the Grubhub order correct. Forgets the waffle cone/bowl every time. And they think it’s funny. Hands down the worst place to order from. Skip the order and save yourself the sanity of dealing with incompetence. Never again.

This place has a wonderful staff and fantastic ice cream!

Coldstone is always good, but this location in particular always smells bad when I walk in - like sewage. Commenting so hopefully management addresses the issue

Toilet was so dirty. If toilet is gender neutral then men should sit n pee. They cannot pee by standing period

The ice cream is good as long as you get there before the girl cleaning the glass inadvertently sprays windex all over the cold stone. We walked in, and there were no other customers in the place. The tables were a mess, chairs everywhere. The 2 girls behind the glass sat and laughed with each other for easily 2 minutes before they acknowledged we were standing there. The only girl working was the one with the windex angrily spraying it everywhere while the other 4 girls stood around laughing. It was 9:30. The smell of windex filled the entire place. We couldn't get out of there fast enough. This is what happens when you leave 5 teenagers to run your business. Customer service is a thing of the past. Silly me to expect to be greeted or thanked after spending $25 on ice cream.

Have purchased 2 custom ice cream cakes here in the last few months for b-days and they were amazing! Great location!

I love this location mainly because the employees are so fun and friendly. They go out of their way to do silly things to make my kiddos laugh. We look forward to our ice cream nights here!

Extra toppings are quite a bit more expensive to add compared to the cost of the ice cream. It's a shame they can't make sure everything you pay for gets added to a mobile order.

A lady helped me and she was probably the best person that helped me and she didn’t make the ice cream, there were two workers “flirting” and throwing paper at each-other and the girl had an attitude when handing me my ice cream and it almost fell. Awful experience! And for some reason the fruit I got tasted dirty
