I love this location mainly because the employees are so fun and friendly. They go out of their way to do silly things to make my kiddos laugh. We look forward to our ice cream nights here!

Extra toppings are quite a bit more expensive to add compared to the cost of the ice cream. It's a shame they can't make sure everything you pay for gets added to a mobile order.

A lady helped me and she was probably the best person that helped me and she didn’t make the ice cream, there were two workers “flirting” and throwing paper at each-other and the girl had an attitude when handing me my ice cream and it almost fell. Awful experience! And for some reason the fruit I got tasted dirty

Don’t bother placing an online order, they’ll ignore it until you get there and only have 1 person working all the orders. What a joke

Daughter has allergies to pistachios and cashews. Deathly allergic. I was explaining to the lady that I didn’t want my daughter stuff made with pistachio ice cream. She got an attitude with me and said nothing has been made with pistachios all day .Like I was supposed to know.She than proceeded to give us the wrong ice cream vanilla instead of sweet cream and the wrong size we didn’t ask for. Didn’t listen and didn’t want to do their job.This is really frustrating. We should never be treated differently because of an allergy. Especially when someone can die from it.All I know is the lady with the very long black hair with some of the rudest thing I’ve ever seen in my life.We won’t be back. To get treated like that on Easter as well. If you don’t wanna Work there find another job lazy and big attitude……..

It was super busy and near closing when we came in. The staff was so friendly as they made everybody's orders with total accuracy. We had a great experience and will definitely be back. Cold Stone regularly delivers a quality product and great customer service, but the team working tonight stand out even in that high standard.

I ordered 2 large ice cream cakes for my dads celebration of life. They looked and tastedamazing!!! I loved how I was able to customize everything to the flavors my dad liked. I even called to change the order and they got my charged right and even gave recommendations for the best flavor combo. I had an issue with picking it up the day before because my freezer was full and they let me pick it up right before the event. Really great customer service!! And the price was way lower than other custom cakes I found. I would highly recommend for any event.

Delicious as always and nice staff!

Went to cold stone and ordered a medium "the way the cookie crumbles," which includes the following ingredients: Classic Cookie Dough Ice Cream, double the OREO Cookie and Frosting...the kid making it, literally took vanilla icecream and mixed in oreo cookies and charged me for it. Like bruh, i can get cookies and cream from Baskin Robins, for a few dollars less than what i payed at Cold Stone. Saying that, clearly being familiar with the menu is askin a lot and i should take my business somewhere else!

We had great service on Saturday. The ice cream is always excellent and the people serving us listened carefully and took very good care of us. It's not cheap, it was $40 for 5 of us, but the quality is top notch, so you get what you pay for.
