They adjusted menus to serve our specific needs; adjusted room set-up as we asked; worked with our specific timings for appetizers and food. Luis and Christina were the lead servers on the day of the event, and were so positive, gracious and helpful, along with all of the service team. You could tell they took great pride in their presentation and working with customers. The quality of food was better than we hoped for, and guests loved it. We have nothing we wish CCC would have done differently, and simply put, they exceeded our expectations in every way and in every facet of our day...from the administrative side to the on-site service to the food preparation.

They asked me if there was anything I needed all evening and helped with all the cleanup and hauling we had to do. The team who managed the bar was so accommodating and so sweet to our guest. They helped us with rentals, adjusted the menu to fit all of our guests’ allergies, and worked with us on changes all the way up to the week of the wedding. Everything went off without a single issue. It was smooth, stress-free, and honestly one of the best parts of the whole day.
