This review is for the Create Bar. I can't speak for the cooking classes although they sound like they're lots of fun. (I'd especially like to get my son into one of the kid's classes, but their waiting lists are long!) We visited the bar on a snowy Saturday night and it was hopping with people having drinks and also those attending classes. The place had a great vibe going. The bartender was a really cool guy too. I had a glass of chardonnay and my husband had an "adult" hot chocolate with a shot of bourbon. Overall, we had a very pleasant time. My only issue was the cost - the hot choc alone was over $14 before tax and tip! I'd come here again, but only during happy hour at these prices.

Just took the paella cooking class. Kind of upset by it because now my partner will expect me to make paella quality meals every day. Our instructor was amazing and they insured we came out with a delicious meal. It’s the perfect gift for your significant other, friend, or really anyone. Looking forward to coming back and trying a different class.

This may be a great place to take a cooking class, but I don't recommend it for an afternoon casual drink. My wife and I stopped by to enjoy a spritz and it's been a long time since we felt that "unseen." We felt like we had walked into a clique we weren't a part of. Getting attention for service was difficult. We left there and went to Denver Biscuit Company and felt so much more welcomed.

Love love love going here. If you are looking for a fun cooking class, check them out. The staff are really knowledgeable and are excited to share how to cook! They also have a really good bar with great happy hour prices. It's become our "go-to" place for date night drinks.

Four us took the Cuba cooking class and had the best time. My husband and I have taken several cooking classes and this one was one of the best. You will do all the cooking as opposed to some classes. AJ was our chef and he was excellent. He’s knowledgeable, entertaining, and encouraging to even the novice cooks. The food was excellent as well. We will definitely go back.I wasn’t thrilled with the Create bar tender however and the drinks aren’t great, but we did not let that impact our experience. She was busy with people at the bar but seemed irritated when we asked for another round and did not make it a priority to get us our additional drinks.

Let's talk about this place Create, we were invited to be part of a cooking class by our friends, we weren't expecting it was gona be that much fun, thanks to chef AJ, we enjoyed and learn at the same time, how to cook and prepare delicious meals, enjoying Mimosas, if you curious about what this place intels? They will guide you and provide with all the ingredients necessary to cook out meals and enjoying a cocktail, anyway if you want to know more you definitely should check them out, make sure to check the calendar on what's in the the agenda for cook, also they filled out fast. We made artichokes, carbonara and a mixed berry puff pastry thing for our meal and it was so amazing. The chef, Ras, was so great. She was a very intelligent chef. AJ at the bar was the best. Such a fun person to talk to!! Overall this was such a very amazing experience. Such a fun date night ❤️

First attended Create in July 2022. I was attending their Bourbon and Bites class for my birthday. At the time, Alex was our chef and it was something like chicken skewers and sweet potato bruschetta. Alex was very personable! Since then, I have been in several times over. What I love about Create is the diversity of classes in terms of cuisine and then apps vs full meals. The environment is also very approachable with kind staff including Alex and Rasha. Because cooking classes can be a little pricey, its not always possible. Lucky for you, Create has a full bar with a lovely happy hour. Since it's located in the food hall, there is also the opportunity to order from a restaurant in the Stanley Marketplace and eat it while you enjoy hand crafted cocktails from the bar. Big fan and highly recommend you stop in.
