Such a good store

So tired of wasting my hard earned money for these less than mediocre cookies and customer service. The side by side comparison of the s’mores cookie is shameful and had I checked my box before I got home I would’ve returned the entire box. This is usually my daughter and I’s favorite but they missed the mark. This isn’t the same cookie at all and if you didn’t have the correct ingredients or training to make it, remove it from your menu and stop taking people’s money!

Good stuff

I got a three pack of minis tonight, two French Toast and a Raspberry Lemonade. The Raspberry Lemon was good, I won’t lie, but BOTH of the French Toast were HARD. And I’m not talking fun little crunch, but hard. Maybe they were over-cooked or maybe they were a couple days old but when you’re paying this much for “gourmet” cookies you at least expect them to be edible.

I didn't like most of the cookies because they had a lot of frosting on them, but the service was great the employees at Crumbl cookie are very nice.

Please make sure you take your business somewhere else or at the very least a different location. Placed a catering order + TIP for my daughter’s 7th birthday. Boxes were full of frosting and crusty/sticky. One set of cookies had no glaze, the sticky buns had MINIMAL topping. One cookie came smashed like someone’s finger went into it. All that fine, whatever, I return to the location after being almost half way home. I tell an employee and home girl proceeds to argue with me that there is topping and glaze. Girl just fix it and add the glaze. We work too hard to just have businesses over charge and have low budget customer service. TRASH.

ETA to owners copy and paste response- I have reached out to the franchise owners email and to corporate. I look forward to your actual response and action to fix the issue.

I’ve ordered curbside pickup a few times and it’s the most convenient thing especially with having a baby! And the flavors are seriously top notch
