I had to share my experience here - in typical fashion these days, our order was missing some items. However, when I called, the professional demeanor of the manager completely changed my mood. The quality of the food, as well as the solution provided by the manager was above and beyond top-notch. I felt completely listened to as a customer, and would be happy to return.

Walked in for dine in, stood at the counter for several minutes. I counted 5 employees behind the counter, not one of them made eye contact or asked to help. I walked out and will never go back I'd give zeros if given the opportunity

Loved this place! The food quality is wonderful for being a fast food chain and the employees are nice and respectful. Food is prepared reasonably fast considering their drive thru is always busy. Overall great place for reasonably priced burgers 🙌

The service is decent and the food/custard great. However, it's rather inappropriate for employees to be taking up dining room space while scrolling through tiktok at full volume. There's music playing and other things going on. It's rude and unprofessional

This location has an incredibly nice team working there. The food came out fast and seemed to be pretty fresh as well. I think the fries that Culver’s uses could use some work, but ultimately this was a much better fast food experience than many other places.
