Cupbop - Korean BBQ in a Cup

I didn’t go in I had delivery but first off our drinks were left out and we didn’t get a refund. Specifically asked for utensils and napkins and there wasn’t any of either. And me and my 2 friends who ate with me were all so sick. Stomach cramps, etc. definitely food poisoning. I’d stay far away if I were you.

Been wanting to try this place. Staff were nice and they were very fast. I would say that the flavors don’t taste Korean. But maybe this is the Panda Express equivalent. It could be good if the recipes were tweaked. Textures and flavors were just not it for the veggies, rice, dumplings and noodles. Ya know it’s not gonna be GREAT when a staff member clearly left their Jersey Mikes sandwich from next door on the table by the soda fountain. Maybe the ramen is better than the cupbop I got.

Food is absolutely horrible- chicken was barely warm and tasted like bagged frozen chicken heated up in the microwave. If you like noodles and nasty microwave chicken doused in mayonnaise it’s your place. DO NOT EAT!

Disgusting. It’s just mayonnaise on rice and noodles. My bowl had hardly any cabbage and it was nearly impossible to mix the sauce in with the rice and noodles. Chicken was chewy and the rice was mushy. There are far better places to experience Korean BBQ, considering they call this garbage Korean bbq…

My husband and I had been having QC issues (incorrect orders, weird ratios in bowls, undercooked corndogs)with our food in previous visits and stopped coming in for a while because it was so bad. Recently though, there been a new manager who has really turned this place around. The food is consistent, and correct. While observing the team work you can tell her leadership style works well within her team. Sara is great and I am glad she's made the changes that shes made. Happy to be back as a customer

First time trying and I liked it! Lots of options to customize what suits your fancy. Fast service and friendly, helpful staff. I'll be back . The only thing missing is tea options.
