First-time customer. Food bad. Service bad. Employees are rude and unhelpful. I couldn't use the bathroom because an employee had been in there for at least 10 minutes. When I knocked on the door, they yelled "WHAT". Ramen was very greasy, and my bowl was covered mayonnaise. I'm very surprised this place has such a good rating. I can't see myself ever coming back.

This place is gross. Not sure how it has such high reviews. I thought it would be a build your own bowl type of thing if you select the 2 proteins but it was just a small amount of cabbage, glass noodles and rice. Why do they give you both rice and noodles? and they slather mayo on top of everything. will not be coming back here.

I wanted to like this place so badly! I love the thought, and it seemed like it was going to be so good, but I was pretty disappointed. I got the Ugly Bop because I was so excited about being able to have GF fried chicken! But as soon as I opened it up, I was pretty disappointed by the chicken being somewhat dry and the rice being even dryer. It just didn't have a ton of flavor, but I'm guessing it maybe was the end of a batch or something. I got a side of mandoo which my husband said was okay, but when it was all said and done, $17 for dry rice and chicken seemed a bit steep. Maybe another try would prove me wrong, but was not feeling it this time.

Stay away from this fastfood. The "so called Korean food" is a joke, simply saying "you get what you pay for"., BUT, the 1 star is not about the food (its cheap, so it's fine). We are from the other State, so we go wherever our navigator directs us, and we, unfortunately landed at Cup Bop. The single star is dedicated to the most inconsiderate crew that day. While waiting for our order, my 10 y/o son, needs to use the restroom, the crew told my husband, that the "restroom is out of order" and she told him "to go next door", so he did, but to his surpise, the "next door" that she is referring to is Jersey Mike (my husband actually thought that it was a common restroom). JM crew didn't let him use their restroom (obviously, we are not their customer)., my husband was annoyed and asked the crew on why did she directed him to JM wherein, we saw the other crew used the Cup Bop restroom., and please don't fool your customer, we saw you used the restroom. Cup Bop management, I hope its not your rules, and I hope you be considerate to your customer., and please get a staff who knows customer service.
Reminds me of the greasy mall food from the 90s. The beef quality was horrible.
