We came an hour before it closes. Would encouraged others to come a little over an hour before it closes. The service was a little slow because there was only 1 server. The menu was simple, we ordered the special soup - food came out quickly and it was delicious. It was definitely enough portion for 2 people.
Came here since 2016/2017? And then they closed down for about two years and now have been back. Taste hasnt changed. Still managed by same owners from kitchen to the front of the house. True soul food.
It was such a pleasant surprise! We just stopped by when we were looking for an asian place. The service and the TASTE of food exceeded our expectations! We see ourselves being usuals at this place now.
Super delicious meal with kind and helpful staff! We ordered the bulgogi and it was excellent! Will definitely return here.
One of the best meals I’ve had in a long time. Excellent service, delicious food and warm ambiance. 10 of 10 recommend. The bulgogi beef was outstanding.
Dae Bak is back! We love the excellent soups on offer. The broth is sooo good. The waitstaff are super friendly. Highly recommended!
I honestly would give this place 0 star review if I could. The older lady at the front was really rude for no reason.
Their gookbap came back!!!! I was so excites when their gookbap came back. Its the best. The broth is so rich and delicious. The kimchi is so good too. Will be visiting often!
Food was ok,,but kimch was really bad.

Who ever make that kimch it was bad.
I hope they find someone better.

K-Pocha is amazing! My friend and I spent almost $50 dollars on an Uber from Lakewood just to eat some delicious late-night Korean food. We arrived around 01-01:15 am, but we didn’t realise that the kitchen closed earlier than the restaurant. Even though the kitchen closed, we were welcomed anyway and offered a selection of dishes off of the menu that they were still able to prepare. The service was so cheerful, the staff were so kind, and the flavours were delicious. We ate tteokbokki and sweet-chili fried chicken and ordered Mango juice.
It was a pity that I forgot to ask for our server’s name because she was such a lovely and sweet person. I am thoroughly looking forward to my next visit.^^

Seems like a fun atmosphere for drinking later in the evening, but we came during daylight. Only 1/2 tables there. Service was very kind and warm, however the food was just okay. For the beef bulgogi bbq and it came with no sides. They steam it in tinfoil rather than more common actual fire grill. It was just ok and certainly not worth the $30+ for it. The kimchi pancakes were pretty tasty though. Probably not somewhere I’d come back to for food but could be a fun spot just for drinking.
