Ordered someori gukbap and yukgae jang,
Tried my best to tell the gentleman that the someori tasted very unflavored, and he essentially said I should add salt from the table. Tough spot for me, adding salt to soup that is just hot water doesn’t make it taste any better.
Would not take the soup off the tab, but instead added a ten percent discount, so we just didn’t argue, paid and left.
Yukgae was good, no complaints there. It wasted like a proper soup as opposed to the other one.

Dae Bak feels like family. Momma Song and her husband create the warmest, most welcoming pocha-style vibe in Aurora. The food is incredible and my favorite was the Army Stew, with its rich broth and comforting flavors but honestly, everything we tried was excellent (from tteokbokki to bone broth soups). No delivery, no website, just a true Korean dining experience that’s absolutely worth it.

Edit: I'm so relieved to hear you're not closed, i'll try again soon!
This place is closed, we stopped by today 8/16 and it was definitely no longer in business. Phone didn't work yesterday when I tried to call.
This was so tasty! Everything we had - bulgogi, kimchi, spicy beef.

Gem of an authentic Korean restaurant in the Denver area. The beef and pork soups (소머리국밥/돼지국밥) here are both delicious, pure comfort food. I liked that the cabbage and radish kimchi is served with tongs and shears for you to cut up yourself - how it's done in Korea. The soy sauce pickled onions (양파장아찌) was good too. Authentic vibes, clean restaurant.

The food is authentic Korean Bowls. We had the Bulgogi jungle and their Tteokbokki. It was full of flavor and very comparable to the street Tteokbokki I had in Seoul. We will be back !

We love this place. So happy they are back in business! The soup is the best traditional Korean soup we can find in Denver area.

We came an hour before it closes. Would encouraged others to come a little over an hour before it closes. The service was a little slow because there was only 1 server. The menu was simple, we ordered the special soup - food came out quickly and it was delicious. It was definitely enough portion for 2 people.

Came here since 2016/2017? And then they closed down for about two years and now have been back. Taste hasnt changed. Still managed by same owners from kitchen to the front of the house. True soul food.
It was such a pleasant surprise! We just stopped by when we were looking for an asian place. The service and the TASTE of food exceeded our expectations! We see ourselves being usuals at this place now.
Super delicious meal with kind and helpful staff! We ordered the bulgogi and it was excellent! Will definitely return here.
One of the best meals I’ve had in a long time. Excellent service, delicious food and warm ambiance. 10 of 10 recommend. The bulgogi beef was outstanding.
