When you’re an ice cream shop, where you serve all of two flavors of soft serve ice cream to begin with— to be told that you “don’t have chocolate on the weekends” by someone more concerned with giggling and flirting with their coworker than doing their job, is absolutely ridiculous. I’m not sure how or why a Saturday/Sunday is any different from the other five days during the week, but either way it’s absurd. Will not be returning to this location and will advise other friends and family in the area to do the avoid the same.

The food & blizzards are always good there. I got a butterfinger blizzard & thoroughly enjoyed it; also got some pretzels & they were great while they were hot.
The cake was supposed to be blue !! My daughter was the one who picked it up to bring to the party and didn’t even know !

Horrible customer service! Cashier was in a big hurry and very rude. She was rushing me so much I chose to not get anything so the rest of my family's order didn't get held up. She was wiping her nose while handling the register. Then she left to the back because she got a bloody nose. She came back to the front to show the other workers that she had blood on her face. This was not what I expected to see while picking up my ice cream. Gross! She should have gotten someone to cover until she was presentable again.
