Imagine calling yourself a Dairy Queen and you got this store that hasn't sold soft serve or ice cream for almost 3 weeks. Either serve what you guys are supposed to or shut it down.

Extremely bad attitude of most of the customer service there in Aurora Town center

Drove 10 mins for a big work order and there's a handwritten sign saying they're closed for 20 minutes...been waiting more than that

Every time I come here they say they have no Ice cream your Dairy Queen ? ?

When watching a movie on your phone is more important than doing your job that speaks highly of mismanagement. Have your staff put away their dang phones they don't need to be glued to them while serving

Little girl with glasses and ugly attitude has no customer service very rude and very unprofessional needs a training class… also I would like bananas when I come here there is never any!!!!!!

Everytime I come here I want to order an Orange Julius. And EVERY TIME I am told they do not have Julius. Someone needs to fix this. The word Julius is literally in your name. You should never have a good excuse to run out of your flagship product.

The store associate’s definitely need to go through training and learn good customer service. There’s never anything available when you order etc etc etc. The associates are rude , unprofessional , and do not care about the customers experience.

They say they do orange Julius but three times in a row they say we’re noting doing that right now, only ice cream and smoothies… I assume cutting the fruit requires more work than just standing there?

What more do I have to say thanHow can you be a Dairy Queen without serving ice cream…Just shut down. Close up. Don’t bother.

This location does not sell ice cream cakes FYI.

Terrible service last time I was there a few days ago, probably the last time I'll be coming back, I got a banana split blizzard that was not even all the way full to the top and the girl was really rude, and for almost $8 for a medium that's crazy, it was the younger fat black girl.

I asked for one scoop of Ice cream in a middle size cone for my 9 year old daughter and the girl at the counter said it only comes in three scoops. That’s way too much ice for my daughter so I told her to put only one scoop and she yelled at me saying NO!!!. Well I just smiled, said no thanks and walked away. That’s the last time I will go to this place for ice cream. This is the first time I’ve ever been screamed at by someone who I’m trying to buy something from.

Went to Dairy Queen at the Aurora Mall today. Not serving any orange Julius or ice cream. Seriously. Why even open?
