Don't ever come here

We walked in expecting a simple treat and left completely disappointed. Despite being a branded Dairy Queen location, they refused to honor official Dairy Queen coupons—no explanation, no courtesy, just a flat-out “we don’t take those” delivered with attitude. The staff was dismissive and rude when we asked why, as if we were inconveniencing them by even asking.

It’s baffling that a national chain would allow such inconsistency in customer service and policy. If you’re not going to accept your own company’s promotions, at least train your team to communicate that respectfully.

We took our business elsewhere, and we won’t be back. There are plenty of places that value their customers—this isn’t one of them.

I had to repeat to the lady what I wanted 10 times and she still managed to get my order wrong 😐

This is the only DQ in town that's given me spoiled bananas in my banana split more than once. Forget it, go elsewhere.

Gave my order out to the wrong person, had me waiting for 20 minutes, and continued to prioritize others orders even after hearing I hadn’t received mine and had been waiting.

How do u make a blizzard that is all milk someone please come shape this place up before I have meltdown(not just my melted ass blizzard)

Imagine calling yourself a Dairy Queen and you got this store that hasn't sold soft serve or ice cream for almost 3 weeks. Either serve what you guys are supposed to or shut it down.

Drove 10 mins for a big work order and there's a handwritten sign saying they're closed for 20 minutes...been waiting more than that

When watching a movie on your phone is more important than doing your job that speaks highly of mismanagement. Have your staff put away their dang phones they don't need to be glued to them while serving

Little girl with glasses and ugly attitude has no customer service very rude and very unprofessional needs a training class… also I would like bananas when I come here there is never any!!!!!!

Everytime I come here I want to order an Orange Julius. And EVERY TIME I am told they do not have Julius. Someone needs to fix this. The word Julius is literally in your name. You should never have a good excuse to run out of your flagship product.
