Everytime I come here I want to order an Orange Julius. And EVERY TIME I am told they do not have Julius. Someone needs to fix this. The word Julius is literally in your name. You should never have a good excuse to run out of your flagship product.

The store associate’s definitely need to go through training and learn good customer service. There’s never anything available when you order etc etc etc. The associates are rude , unprofessional , and do not care about the customers experience.

Terrible service last time I was there a few days ago, probably the last time I'll be coming back, I got a banana split blizzard that was not even all the way full to the top and the girl was really rude, and for almost $8 for a medium that's crazy, it was the younger fat black girl.

The best, I went not even a day ago and overall they were really nice and really comforting. AMAZING customer service although no chocolate ice cream :( but would come again

The clerk at the counter did not seem to be happy to be at work even even though it was 10 AM in the morning and she actually opened 5 minutes late, we waited around until 10 to get a smoothie. and when we ordered she didn’t have bananas to make a smoothie… Very underwhelming for a smoothie place

HORRIBLE SERVICE !!! All teens that work here with bad bad attitudes, and horrible dress code. Wearing pajamas to work ???? The young chubby girl with piercings and eyeliner tried to serve me a old Orange Julius from the sink , How nasty!!!

Not a real Dairy Queen. Besides ice cream, they have hot dogs, weird rotisserie chicken bites and pretzels. That’s it. The hot dog I received was all microwaved, you could tell by the bun. I asked for a pretzel stick, and they stated they didn’t have any thawed out. So I wouldn’t recommend.

I asked for one scoop of Ice cream in a middle size cone for my 9 year old daughter and the girl at the counter said it only comes in three scoops. That’s way too much ice for my daughter so I told her to put only one scoop and she yelled at me saying NO!!!. Well I just smiled, said no thanks and walked away. That’s the last time I will go to this place for ice cream. This is the first time I’ve ever been screamed at by someone who I’m trying to buy something from.
