I order this cake two days in advance because it was supposed to be specially made. It was supposed to be strawberry cheesecake. When I ordered it it seemed like they didn't know what they were doing and when I went to pick it up I waited at the counter about 5 minutes because no one was up at the front, I understand it was not busy but it shouldn't have taken that long.

I came into the store happy and left so irritated, the staff for the most part is friendly but the manager? RUDE! I had a cake that i had came in a few days before this horrible experience to have customized, when i came back the set day to pick up my cake, it looked very sloppy and half did, i asked to speak to a manager and when she came i explained to her my problem with the cake, instead of apologizing she caught the nastiest attitude. At that point i didn’t care to have my cake redone or anything simply because i was on a time crunch but also because i didn’t even trust having them make another one after the rudeness that was gave, i took the cake and went about my day and promised myself to never return to this location for any reason again.

Came to this location a couple days ago with my sister. We both ordered a blizzard and waited 20 minutes while the wait wasn’t really the issue for me the staff is RUDE, Some really small black girl at front counter had a major attitude and when i asked for a manager their attitude wasn’t any better, i came back the next day and the service was worst than the last, i came through the drive through this time and a black girl with glasses gave me my ice cream mostly melted, when i asked her to remake it i tried handing her the melted one to throw away but instead she closes the window aggressively and doesn’t say anything about a remake or nothing, she later comes with the remake but once again her attitude was just bad she didn’t apologize or anything. I love their ice cream but the service is HORRIBLE!
