Hands down the best food!! I’ve been coming here for years and have never been disappointed. The staff is extremely friendly and it’s a cute little hole in the wall restaurant. I Highly recommend!! We always get the orange chicken, sesame chicken, and pork soup dumplings! We literally drive two hours just to come to this spot!!
This place changed owners and it’s absolutely disgusting. Like I cannot even eat it it’s so bad. Even the tea tastes bad I guess from the water. The fish doesn’t taste fresh. The “chili oil” is absolutely terrible. The hot and sour soup is sketchy as hell. Like if I get sick I will be 0% surprised.
DELICIOUS and very fast
Under new management and it shows. We always get carry out and have been coming here for 3 years. 1 entree, sweet and sour chicken, and the veggies, chicken, and sauce were boxed separately and obvious that it wasn’t cooked as a meal and the veggies were frozen!! The other entree was the wrong item and totally under cooked. The rice wasn’t even good. And no fortune cookies. We will not be returning.
This place has a bit of a weird name and a weird vibe to match. We went back again recently because they seem to be trying to give themselves a facelift with an updated menu and some slightly different decor. I just don't think it's working. The few times I've been, the food is either very bland or very salty. There's no in between. The flavors always seem to be slightly off like they can't quite figure it out. It doesn't seem to be much better on the recent visit. My Chinese takeout go-to is the sesame chicken, and it just wasn't that good. If you just want cheap Chinese takeout, this place might do the job. I will probably skip it next time though, sadly.
TLDR: new owners, no longer customers.
For the first few years this place was open, place was my local spot. Food tasted fresh. Good portions, good ingredient mix.
Ordered recently. New owners. Food was OBVIOUSLY used with the cheapest ingredients possible.
Fried rice was just brown rice. Protein and “expensive” ingredients just 86’d (egg in the fried rice).
Vegetables in the dishes were cheaply cut carrots and celery. Cheapest item to fill dish space.
Place was empty. The only positive was that the hostess stayed the same, she was great.
Me and my girlfriend been coming here for years! we love it! great food for a great price!
It breaks my heart to write this, but this is NOT Dating Yumy anymore. It is now called Yummy Noodle Dumpling and it is NOT the same. Dating Yumy was amazing - 10/10 every time. We even took our friends from Canada there and they loved it so much they ate it multiple times during their visit. Unfortunately, the food tonight was beyond disappointing. The soup dumplings were doughy and none of the accompanying sauces were included as they usually are. The sesame chicken was very bready and not crispy as it always has been. It also tasted like orange chicken more than anything. I called and was refunded after arguing with 2 different people about the quality of the food. However, we will not be eating here again.
This has been a staple in our house since 2021, but now it’s trash. Rude service, food is not as good and I am severely disappointed. The sesame chicken was orange chicken with sesame seeds. I’ve had better food from Panda Express. The soup dumplings were also not good. Time to find a new place. New owners strike again… this time for the worse. Also all my favorite items are off the menu. No cashew chicken, no lo Mein.
The atmosphere was calm and inviting, offering a peaceful respite from the usual hustle and bustle. It’s the perfect spot for a relaxed meal or quiet conversation. Our waitress was exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable, taking the time to provide detailed information about the menu and ensuring all our questions were answered with patience and care.
This level of attentiveness and personalized service is rare and greatly appreciated. It’s clear that The Dating Yummy takes pride in creating a welcoming environment for its guests.
For anyone looking for a cozy, tranquil dining experience coupled with outstanding service, I highly recommend giving this small business a visit. It’s a hidden gem in Aurora worth supporting!

I ate the combination lo mein and thought the shrimp smelled funny. However, I continued to eat it and the next day was sick. I called the day after to inform them and they did not seem to care. Don't recommend!!

Well, this place is a gem. I loved every single thing I tried. The beef Lo Mein, wanton soup and pork-veggie dumplings all had the right level of spice, meat was tender and veggies tasted fresh. Price was also reasonable and there is plenty of parking. Try it out if in the area!
