I just wanted to let y’all know that Natalie and Lupe are really great barista’s and very professional and have great customer service… and they always make my coffee really good.. they deserve recognition from management because they always do such a great job.

I was going to my appointment. I stopped like I have on previous occasions to get a small coffee. I was charged a different price that was more than the previous charges and mire than what is listed. I have proof and plan on notifying management. I have owned and still own company's and customer service is based on honesty not thievery.

If i could put a no stars i would. I just ordered a blended green apple reviver. It was blended so much that it was foamy. When I asked for a remake, they said no. They also kept stopping orders to take orders, and mine was forgotten, having had 3 ppl who ordered after me get their orders first. Horrible service and product will never go back agian, the guy and girl were terrible with there customer service.

A female employee told my husband that a sweet roll was Gluten Free-well it wasn’t as now he’s sick as he has Celiac Disease-being inside a healthcare facility should mean they’re extra cautious but they’re not!! Educate yourself employees!
Dietary restrictions: Eating food with Gluten can make someone with Celiac Disease sick & eventually kill them
