The majority of the time the system is down, how is a night shifter supposed to get through the night without decent coffee? This place is above and beyond disappointing. I don't know why I don't just spend my money at starbucks

I bought 2 Snarf’s sandwiches from there today. In one the bread was really soggy and the other was soggy and you could see thru the cucumber that was on the sandwich. The turkey was green in a certain spot and I couldn’t tell if it was mold or just the colorings from the cucumber, no matter what, it been there tooooo long. I didn’t eat it. Waste of money and didn’t have lunch because I lost my appetite. If I could rate negative stars, I would. Yuck, gross, nasty. It’s inside a hospital at that!!!!!!

I’m only sharing of the service I received the other day. I’ve been getting a coffee everyday the last 3 weeks. I ordered my usuals but forgot to ask for only 1 pump of syrup. I didn’t realize the young lady had already made my coffee and asked over the counter if she could do 1 pump? She grabbed the cup and dump the whole thing out with attitude!! I would have drank it had I know it was already made. Her attitude sucked and then scolded me “next time order it at the beginning”. I apologized profusely! I hire many people and this attitude would never fly! Treat people with kindness because you never know what they are going through!

I never knew where exactly this Dazbog was located. I happened to be at UC Health on the Anschutz Medical Campus. It is located in the Garden View Cafe. The Garden View Cafe is really busy between 12:30 p.m. and when they close at 1:00 p.m. This Dazbog location just has a small area in the Garden View Cafe compared to the Dazbog locations that are stand alone stores. However, I chose an iced chai tea latte. It tasted so good.
I have been here for 7 weeks and I never have the drunk made the same. Today they said they can't mix a strawberry chiller with almond milk. I always ask for Carmel on top. Maybe it's a language barrier? Very frustrating when some days it's amazing.
