Every other time has been great, but when we came in close to 4, the young man at the window seemed to not even hear what we were ordering. I ordered a loaded queso burrito and got what seemed like a potato burrito? And the drink was so watery, over all, brought down my day.

I frequent this location all the time.. I usually go in the morning and the lady in the drive thru is always so nice. Today I went in drive through at like 3:30pm… the two guys in the window were FLYING!!! Shout out to them!!! Best tacos i’ve ever had from here 🫶🏻🩵

I ordered hashbrowns and received what appeared to be at least a day old broken pieces and many pieces of French fries. The woman in the window could care less. No professionalism and no clue. This was my first time visiting in over a year because the last visit consists of me paying for my order but not receiving all of the food.
There was a great deal of male staff playing around in the kitchen, the place was filthy, and they thought everything was funny. That was definitely a deal breaker for me. This time sealed their fate with me. I will not return unless I find that there is new ownership as well as staff. Sad, because this was a weekly visit for our household, before 2020.

This place used to be great, but now a days they completely mess up orders and the ones they do get right will have very cold cheese or onions in there when you don't want onions.
The Del Taco is my favorite. Too bad the Del Beef Burrito is not what it once was.

Literally saw the guy open my food and spit in it. I told him I saw him and he kept playing dumb, I told him I wanted his managers number and he told me to screw myself. He even said he’d come out and fight me. Worst establishment in the history of Colorado that I’ve ever been to.

We were sitting down to eat our food and then a mouse was running around the dining room. On top of that, another family was there and they complained to the staff and no one cared or even try to take care of the mouse. I left feeling disgusted and never going back.

Entire atmosphere is totally different to what it was a few months ago. Store is clean .seems well organized , .kudos to management for realizing that a change in store management and staff was needed. New team doing their job here Manager was great .
