EVERY table was dirty, the floor was dirty, a plastic fork stuck in white stuff was on the floor. They had NO ICE and a sign said they had NO BEANS but when we asked they said they did. Their ordering apparatus wouldn't take our app coupons so we had to wait for an employee. The sauce packet holders were empty and extremely dirty on the inside. This location is disgusting and poorly managed.

Second visit si ce the reopening stale taco and tostada shells seams portions shrank chicken strip soft taco not a winner.
This place should have stayed shut down

Came here. Went through drive through. Drive through attendant was an unfriendly zombie.
Two Del tacos were 90% cheese, shells were broken and they weren’t wrapped so I had to go clean my car after trying to enjoy some tacos. The crane asada street taco was seriously sad. It was salty slope in a tasteless corn(?) tortilla. One bite and trash. Completely disappointing
If you staff hates their job tell them to go find another one. Do better some of us really wanted Del taco back

The management is pretty much nonexistent no matter what time we go. Today’s visit was quite the adventure. Customer service was nonexistent at best. We were forced to order through a kiosk that was difficult to navigate. The person who was at the front counter was very rude and offered no help at all. Another customer who was dashing asked about his order and the counter person was rude to him as well, making disgusted faces. He asked for a drink cup and the girl shoved it across the counter as if to show her displeasure at being asked. We waited more than 15 minutes for our order and had to grab our own drink cups. In the meantime the drive through was backed up with at least 10 cars. It’s going to be a long while before we come back here.
WOW! This place wasn't great before but I definitely thought it would've got better, not worse! The whole restaurant was a mess. The bathroom was disgusting, to say the least. The manager was just walking around with her clipboard, pointing and micro-managing her employees instead of helping them bring the place to a whole! DEFINITELY WONT GO BACK!

Amber and Karina are by far the rudest people I have ever dealt with. Karina threw my credit card back at me when I paid for my order. I will never eat del taco again. I eat here 3 to 4 times a week but I will never come back.
Overcharged my card for something that was $3 gave the cashier $2.50 in quarters and told her to take the remaining money from my card and ended up paying for $5 for something that's $3 😑
Don't get a job in fast food if you don't know how to count money.
Poor experience. Will not be returning.

Ordered on DoorDash, bag was sealed, correct receipt but order completely wrong, chicken quesadilla had no chicken, ordered 2 got 1, no sauce… called store multiple times and call was never answered. At least DoorDash offered partial credit but we would have rather got what we ordered in the first place.

Ordered deluxe chili cheese fries. First off thats six dollars. The fries were cold the chili was cold and the cheese wasn't even melted. Never coming here again

Visit 1: Missing two items from order.
Visit 2: Ordered in the app, drove twenty minutes to pick up my order, only to be told the machine is broken. Is this McDonald's?
Refund doesn't even cover my wasted gas and time, nevermind they gave me change instead of refunding my card.
