I'm not surprised to see such a low rating for this franchise. Last night, after a busy night at work where I didn't have time to eat, I ordered food from Del Taco on the App. The order was placed at 11:29pm. After hustling to get there, I arrived to pick it up at 11:48pm and was told that they are closed. Their posted closing time is 12:00am. There is an obvious flaw in a system that allows the order to go through and tells you to come pick it up at a restaurant that is closed. When I called this morning, I got a manager who was more concerned with defending the actions of their employees than addressing my concerns. I was told that I would have to drive back out there to get a refund. I asked what they were going to do for me for my inconvenience and I was told, "Nothing". Here was the perfect opportunity to try to make up for their failed service by offering a gift card or a free meal but they decided that wasn't necessary. I will now contest the charges through the bank, and I will never frequent this store again. One star is too much for this joke of a restaurant!!

We quit going here. They continually would get our order wrong and the last time they said they couldn't do the Thursday deal. Then when we ordered online, we had to go ask when the estimated completion time for our order came and went. They, somehow, hadn't even noticed our order. And still continued to get it wrong.

I asked for double carne asada and no tomato's. Maybe they thought double tomato's? Well anyways I got a whole 8 pcs of carne asada in my box. Which is awesome when your paying close to 10 dollars for carne asada fries with extra meat. Keep in mind this was a mobile order so there's no chance of them hearing it wrong.

The people that work here are rude, the doors are locked, and the store is Absolutely freezing inside. It was so cold in the store that it made my food ice cold.. They need to change the crew. Because the crew is too comfortable with their jobs, they think they own it.

$2.50 for a scoop of guacamole......wtf?!?!? You are the only store that charges $2.50 a scoop = $7.50 for 3 scoops of guacamole when usually it is $2.50 for 3 scoops soooooooo Gordon says FO! Thanks for making my day shitty! My order without guacamole SUCKS! Hands down the WORST Del Taco that I have been to! Unbelievable! #mrniceguyreviews
Stopped in for a late lunch and opted to go on to the restaurant rather than waiting in the drive-thru line which was 6 cars long. Fast to order and the cashier was nice, but had to wait 20 minutes for my food. The restaurant interior was typical, not spotless but clean enough. I had 2 Del Tacos and a Bean and Cheese Burrito. For a Del Taco, the food was fresh and the amount of food in the tacos and the burrito was much more than I usually get at the location closest to my house.

Got shrimp tacos they got my order wrong and the shrimp tacos they did give me were ice cold and soggy leaking out of the bag. Worst experience I have had.

Wanted to get this for breakfast with family that's from out of town, and the doors were locked. Employee cars were there, but no one answered the phone or came to the door. Closed for breakfast but open for lunch???? Makes no sense!!!!!
