Sorry to say I did not food. I was disappointed. I waited forever to order at the drive thru and then waited forever to get to the window to pay to find out they did not have any change to give me back when I paid with cash and expected me to be okay with just letting them keep the difference. Needless to say this is absolutely unacceptable. Not the customers problem you can’t make change.

Placed an online order for drive-thru on 11/15 at 4:17 PM. When I pulled up to the window, Alisha (I believe that was her name) let me know they were working on my order and that it would be ready in just a few minutes. It was nice to have clear communication right away.
While waiting, I could hear Alisha helping the customer behind me, and she was excellent—clear, friendly, great volume, and you could tell she really knows how to provide good customer service. She made sure the customer got exactly what they wanted and double-checked everything at the end.
When my order was ready, I asked if everything was in one bag since it was a large order. She confidently assured me it was all correct. I joked that my family would be mad at me if something was missing, and she laughed and told me it had been checked twice.
Food was fresh, tasty, and my entire order was perfectly accurate. Thanks, Alisha, for the great service!

I was so happy to see Del Taco back open on Colfax and Sable. Although the management needs a redo. Black man who ended shift tonight as I pulled through the drive through. Which I waited more than 5min for them to make a shift change. When they had no customers and I pulled around to go inside... only to see the big white lady manager who was taking over the shift and the one ending his shift. Laughing, all while my family and I sat in our car for over 5min to get out order taken. Not ever going at this time of night.

Went to grab some del taco because they have been closed so I told the family tonight is a del taco night. We drive way across town to arrive and they had no produce to make the order. So it qas a wasted trip. Why re open if you aren't ready to serve the public. Smh..
