I went to DBC at around 6:30 pm on Saturday. I used to frequent this place and location often but haven’t in honestly about 9 months because I had encountered poor service and burnt food.
I decided to give it another try after so long and I was surprised to see nothing has changed. I went with one other person and we sat our selves as instructed by the sign. We were given menus and forgotten about. A group of three came in and sat down after us! After noticing that they had received waters and were placing orders, my partner and I decided to leave, since we had not been attended to.
I also work in the food industry and understand being short staffed, but one thing I always worry about is making sure we prioritize the first person in the door. This place though seems to never have enough staff for their high volume. I recommend finding someone else to run this place.

It was one hour wait but still had to try because it is popular on google. While we wait we tried small bites from other places nearby(empanadas & rolling smoke bbq) and it was great! I really liked the rolling smoke’s burnt ends.
When we got seated at the Denver Biscuit Co, we got “The Franklin” and “Sully’s Fries” which was recommended from waitress. Not sure if my expectation was too high but the foods weren’t that great compared to the hype and the foods were too salty for me.
Great place for breakfast! I had biscuits with vegetarian mushroom gravy, and it was delicious, just more than I could eat. Service was EXCEPTIONAL. A little noisy, but a nice place.

2/13/25. I had a to-go order from here on Sunday and was very impressed. Came back Thursday night for dinner. They ask that you seat yourself. I sat at the bar the faces the walkway and was never helped. A group of four white people came in. Sat down, and were offered menus and water within 5 minutes. I waited about 3-4 min more to see if someone would help me but they did not. Do not come here if you are a person of color. They don’t want our business and it was evident by me sitting there for newely 15 minutes and being ignored.

Solid place, great food. Service was a little slow and seemed kind of confused (brought us menus again after taking our order?) but was nice overall. The food is delicious but pricy— $14 for a burger that doesn’t include a side.

The brunch is good, may need to wait for a table. The patio is a great spot for views. Drinks are decent and the coffee is good. Menu is varied and prices are moderate. Portion sizes are very large.

$15 for a massive biscuit and one tiny chicken tender. I wouldn't call this a sandwich at all.

I liked it but the price and the gravy I feel could have been better.
The gravy was very floury, but over all a good meal. The fries were amazing!

Came in for lunch and had us on the wait-list before we even arrived but once arrived noticed 2 tables outside of the restaurant area. We ended up sitting there when our table was ready, it felt extremely awkward to be seated away from the restaurant along with being in front of the patio door that people were using.

DECEPTIVE PRICING. Says a breakfast biscuit BYOB is $5.54, but in order to get anything on it it's over 10 EXTRA dollars just to get bacon, eggs, and cheese. Outrageous, a breakfast biscuit should never be 15+ dollars, nor should every single ingredient be charged for like this. Elitists....

Very underwhelming. I see all the videos on TikTok and IG raving about this place. Maybe I picked the wrong location, maybe not. But I doubt I'd go out of my way to visit another. I was really disappointed with the fact that my food was served lukewarm. I couldn't put my finger on it, but something on my plate was cold. I asked for a side of gravy, and that came out lukewarm. I ordered the Tomahawk. Now, the biscuits overall were fine. Good texture and softness, but there was no flavor. I didn't taste butter or buttermilk. I've had better. The sausage patty was just sad. It was extremely thin, and it had a very strong frostbite taste. I'm not sure if they freeze their meat, but it didn't taste fresh or homemade. The sausage was also very lukewarm. Now that I think about it, my food came out too quick. I wouldn't be surprised if they had a Tomahawk sitting out already. The only thing that was decently hot were the grits. I had high hopes, but now I know that Denver good scene really is overrated.
