Drove way out of my way to get here only for it to be closed. Online it says theyre open at 11am, I got here at 11:30am and they were closed. I called 4 times to get some clarity and no one picked up.

I just went to this place a couple hours ago (11/24) and the first thing that I noticed was that the young Asian girl running the counter had an attitude with me and wasn’t kind. Then I got the strawberry mango refresher with mango pop instead of mango jelly and I still got mango jelly which I did not want. I also got two corn dogs which both didn’t taste fresh and one of them had took one bite and threw it away because it was disgusting. I’m not sure what happened but the cheese was not melted and kind of had cottage cheese consistency. I out tried both corn dogs after getting them and sitting in the car because I had a bad feeling about how they were going to taste. The counter girl also misgendered me which I see as a mistake in not paying attention but maybe if she lost the attitude and connected with customers, then I don’t think it would’ve happened.

This place used to be awesome but the quality of ingredients has hit rock bottom. Artificial strawberry and fake chocolate in the ice cream. My friend got the affagato and the coffee was not even freshly made. Some coffee syrup bullshit.

After I already paid for it, the crusty little dude working behind the counter says “sorry we’re actually out of Brown Sugar, but I won’t charge you for whatever you get instead” like obviously you’re not gonna charge me for another two drinks after you can’t make the two I paid for. They were out of everything I was picking up for my bosses and the dude just seemed so out of it. I never got his name but he was a small curly haired crusty boy working at 1:00pm on 11/20. Definitely avoid Thursdays here if you can.
EDIT - as I dropped off the goods for my bosses they asked for the receipt, that’s when I noticed he had charged me for the 4 mochinuts I had gotten and additionally 6 more Mochinuts I did not get. I came back in and the same guy was there, gave me a refund for the $20 worth of donuts I didn’t buy but didn’t do anything to make it right or provide any sort of customer service. No way I’m coming back. Mochinuts tasted so good too, this used to be my go-to spot. Heartbreaking :/

Order at the counter self-service dessert place with a cute atmosphere. We tried some mochi donut, boba, and viral strawberry Dubai chocolate. Process of them preparing Dubai chocolate strawberries were fun to watch. Everything was very delicious and Dubai chocolate strawberry was a lot of strawberries than expected. The chocolate hardens pretty quick and it gets harder to eat when the chocolate gets harder, so recommend to rather eat'em quickly.

I was really impressed by the donut I got. I’m not really even a big doughnut person! The drink I got was good too, though the softness of the doughnut was particularly impressive to me.
Pretty terrible service. Will forget your order then give you an attitude when you ask about it.

My son went in to your shop on 10/18/26. He paid for a drink, after he paid they told him they didn’t have the ingredients to make his drink and would refund his apple pay. It has been 7 days, i have called 1 time a day with no answer. Terrible service!

Don’t go here the workers don’t care about customer service and they said the manager doesn’t care about customer service either . There drinks were disgusting we asked politely for an exchange or refund and they said no .

I don't want to hurt their rating so I give them 4 but this is a let down. Mochi was ok but the drink was terrible. The sweetness level was undrinkable. That was such a waste of money.
