We asked for food to take home .taste was mediocre at best,and l will not go back.

Ordered 2 pulled pork sandwich combos for delivery. The meat was chopped, not pulled which tells me they didn't smoke the meat long enough to get it tender. This was reinforced by the fact that the fat was hard and rubbery, not gelatinous and smooth like proper pulled pork. The fat also made up a solid 30% of the meat in each sandwich and due to its texture had to be picked out. By the time that was done, everything had to be re-heated and we were still hungry afterwards since the portions were anemic without all the rubbery chewy fat. The mac and cheese was bland. The beans had potential but felt lackluster. The sweet tea?? Sweet WHERE?! Absolutely disappointing all around. Only gave 2 stars because it was all correct, packaged well, and was still nice and warm when I first got it. 10/10 will not eat from here again. (picture is of all the fat we pulled out). Should have ordered Brothers BBQ, just sayin.

Decent ribs, a bit less meat than I'd expect at the price but 2025 prices I suppose. Brisket was dry unfortunately. Giving it 4 stars overall because I've been there twice and it was better the first time and my wife was very happy with her loaded baked potato.

Do not order the pecan pie, I had to throw it out. The little $1 pies from the grocery are better. Sadly that's their only desert option.

I ordered from here on uber eats and the store went way out of its way to ensure my order was correct to the point of even calling me a couple times to see if a change in my order would negatively affect me. Wonderful customer service here appreciate it alot

Worst experience ever. 1st , the delivery driver texted that they had no chicken available (which you would think the restaurant would reach out to you about that) so told the driver to switch it to fried steak. Finally got our food they didn't give me my 2nd side which was French fries nothing complicated, the "Texas toast" had no butter or seasoning was just a plain no taste slice of bread, didn't get n e sauses we ordered (ranch and BBQ sauce) and to top it off didn't receive our peacan slice of pie. Never will eay here again, really surprised we didn't get food poisoning. The fried steak looked like a dog treat.

This was probably the worst food i ever had. I got the brisket and it was dry and flavorless, my partner got the ribs and neither of us could eat them. They were fatty and not seasoned in the slightest. After looking at the reviews and seeing the hygiene complaints we didnt eat them, and he threw up the bite he took. I tried giving a small piece to my pet mice before throwing it away and they wouldnt even eat it.

I've given this place too many chances and had underwhelming food everytime. Tough ribs tonight, unseasoned brisket, and what is this pecan pie? Over $5 dollars for this 2 bites of pie? Ridiculous. I'm going to call it a wrap.

Pulled pork was delicious as always, and the staff was very efficient, helpful, and inviting! Lots of indoor seating as well

Popped in for a quick bite before a meeting. I've never tried Dickeys. The food was good. I will say the staff were what stood out. All the guys were super helpful and attentive. They checked on me and how my experience was. Really good customer service.

Editing my review to bump it up a star, as the previous issue was a glitch with the app. The reason that it's only 1 star higher though is due to product availability. Three times now they've been out of 2-3 of the 4 meats my girlfriend and I get with the 2-meat plate combos.

They've been out of turkey and chicken all 3 times, pork ribs and kielbasa twice. It seems that the only meat that is regularly here is the brisket and pulled pork.

and every single time I've tried to call in before placing an app order, the line's been busy so there's no way to know what they have unless you order in person or place and order and get a call about how they're out of X and Y in your order.
