Nice lady at the front helped me at 10:35 even though she wasn't open I was super thirsty she let me get an iced tea even though she was busy opening. For fast food BBQ it was good and tasty. Definitely not homemade but tasty. I’d I don’t have time to make my own Dickey’s is definitely a go to for me. The staff were friendly and the restaurant was clean

This location is hit or miss. We've ordered here before and it was fine but today we got our order and we had multiple items missing and all of our sides were cold. I don't know if this is just pure laziness or a genuine mistake, but it was ridiculous. I don't recommend this location if they can't get orders right.

Really wish I would’ve looked at the reviews before placing an order! All the one star reviews are right.We didn’t even get everything we ordered! And it came with no bbq sauce, even though it was requested and extra was paid for. Ordered chopped brisket and got huge chunks of fat instead. Pulled pork looked like it had been sitting there for a couple days: dry, and had no color to it! Ordered Texas toast, and didn’t even get that. Everything was cold and dry. Tried calling the restaurant back, and of course no answer.I wouldn’t give this Dickey’s my business again, or recommend it to anyone. Go get some real bbq elsewhere!

I ordered one baked potato with no meat on it and one with brisket and I asked for extra sour cream, butter and cheese. When I got there, they both had bacon on them. I do not eat pork they said they would fix it. They took it in the back and scraped the bacon off when I got home there was bacon everywhere And barely any sour cream at all. That was the worst and driest potato that I have ever had in my life, and they were very stingy with the meat as well on my daughters and mine, because they put meat on both of them even though mine was not supposed to have meat on it because I don’t eat meat. Will not go back there.

I reached out to provided email below and have yet to hear anything back…My sandwich was mainly gristle and fat and then my okra wasn’t even cooked all the way through. I drove 30 minutes out of my way for this meal to be sadly disappointed. Called to let them know only to be told that it’s normal to have the sandwich be half fat and gristle and they’d replace my okra only. Don’t worry.. I won’t be back to waste any more money.
So I made a review about a horrible experience I had a few weeks ago at this place and the “social media” team told me to email them so they could make it right and I emailed and they never replied. They don’t care about the customers and it’s evident. Don’t spend your money here.

I live in the neighborhood and decided to try Dickey's. It was the worst BBQ I've ever had. I got ribs. They were cold and burnt, almost tasted like beef jerky. I literally gave it to my dogs. I had such a high hopes for this place. I guess I'll continue getting my BBQ elsewhere. But this place isn't it.

Today is the MLK Holiday, 2024. The weather was in negative single digits. We arrived at lunch time to find only one person, a woman, running everything because the rest of the staff called in sick or car problems.Woman was handling the entire store! She was smoking the meat, making/warming up the side dishes and handling the online and phone in orders. She was doing an exceptional job keeping all of the balls in the air while maintaining a good mood and top notch customer service. Our orders were correct, everything thar was supposed to be hot, was hot, everything that was supposed to be cold was cold. The entire service area and bathrooms were very clean, including the seats, tabletops and floors.Her efforts deserves to be acknowledged somehow, even if only by this review.Bravo!!! She's definitely an employee to hang onto. Folks like her are snatched up quickly by competing stores and or businesses. Unfortunately I don't have her name but she was outstanding!!
Ordered the three meat plate. Ordered slice brisket and got chopped. Menu says pork ribs which would imply more than one, but it only came with one. Rib and brisket were dry. The turkey was disgusting, it’s processed and pressed meat. Not slices of turkey. My dog didn’t even want it. The fried okra and Mac and cheese were good though. Also, found a piece of Saran Wrap in the brisket.
