We love Dion‘s, and will continue to go back. But! I have ordered over the phone with them three times. The first two times they messed up the pizza order, and I had to pull up and wait 35 minutes for them to remake the pizza. There was no compensation given for my time. It had been a while as we usually do diamond and get their subs now. But last Sunday we ordered subs over the phone and the girl, which I’m sure she was young and that’s OK but they should’ve done things differently, seemed distracted. I ordered a large sub, no mustard no pickles at ham. With ranch. And I ordered a small sub with Greek. When I pulled up to pick up my order, they had given me a large sub with no mayo left the pickles on and did not add him. The small sub was fine but came with ranch. The large sub did not have any dressing on the side. They said they would remake it, but it would be about 20 to 25 minutes, so I just asked for a side of mail instead. I was just really disappointed because we’d love their subs and we will continue to eat there but they’re over the phone orders. Need a lot of work.

I’m from New Mexico and Dion’s is a little slice of home and their pizza is my favorite. I don’t even like pizza from anywhere else anymore. Their ranch and green chile ranch are so good.

The staff are really friendly.. plenty of seating. I love watching them make the pizzas through the glass area. I'm from New Mexico so getting pizza with real green chile and green chile ranch dressing is amazing. Food is always delicious.

Update: I’m leaving my original review as is, but I’ve changed my star rating because the manager called me today to resolve the problem. I genuinely appreciate the effort and was impressed by the management’s commitment to customer satisfaction.

If you’re on any kind of schedule, do NOT go to this Dion’s location. The customer service is consistently poor.

The first time I visited, I simply wanted to buy a ball of dough—it took them 15 minutes just to get that ready. I brushed it off at the time, but after today’s experience, I felt it was necessary to leave a review.

I placed an online order that originally said it would be ready in 15 minutes. As I was finishing the order, it suddenly changed to 30 minutes with a scheduled pick-up time. This location has a drive-up window, so I went there. When I arrived, I was told it would be another 15 minutes. I received no communication about the delay—no text, no email, nothing. When I asked about it, the employee just gave me a confused look and said, “We’re just busy.”

Being busy is understandable, but the lack of communication is not. A simple update before I arrived—even a few minutes after the scheduled time—would have gone a long way.
Then to top it off, it wasn’t made very well either!
