Placed an order at 10:30 for pick up, got a notification my order is ready for pick up. I got there and the door is locked when there supposed to be closed at 12 but closed one hour early. They ignored me knocking on the door still talking in the back until I knocked louder and was told “ we’re closed “. Did get the food but if this is how employees are stealing customers food by closing early, I hope they get fired.

Understand holidays can be busy, but a 3 hour wait and I still never get my pizza? Have decency to call and say the order can’t be fulfilled. Placed order at 630 pm, quality check at 7:17 (supposedly) and tried calling the store around 8 just to get the closed message. At 9:18 it showed “delivered” lies! Do better.

I was supposed to have a credit, they didn't credit me and the assistant manager wasn't able to help me. Terrible service and terrible food I'll never order again.

Gave my order to the wrong people. Instead of telling me what was going on they tried to have me stand there while putting a new order in the oven. Refuse to offer any number for customer service or corporate. Offered no apology or way of correcting there mistake.

Trash pizza took over an hour to deliver to an address less than a mile away. Pizza arrived damaged, and cold. Driver drove past address 4 times then sat down the road for 10 minutes before arriving.
First off, my one small philly pizza was supposed to be delivered within 45 minutes and I live less than two miles from dominos. It took twice the time, and don't bother trying to call the store because I've still been on hold for over 25 minutes now to get answers. What a rip off. My pizza was cold and shriveled. As top ten percent Google restaurant reviewers, I was very disappointed and won't be ordering from here ever again.

I ordered two pizzas this past Saturday, and they were made perfectly and ready on time. When I arrived around 10:30 PM, there was only one gentleman working and I was genuinely impressed by his calm, fast paced, and professional attitude.
His name was ***Jamon*** (I hope I’m spelling that right). He handled everything on his own! From taking orders and working the register to making pizzas, all while keeping a positive attitude and a smile on his face. That kind of dedication and work ethic is rare these days, and it truly stood out.
I made sure to tip him well for his hard work, and I want to thank him for being such an amazing part of our neighborhood Domino’s. We need more employees like him!
I’ll be checking back in a month or two to see if he’s gotten the raise he deserves. If not, I’ll be reaching out to corporate because handling the kitchen and customer service solo like that is nothing easy! Thank you Jamon! (P.S anyone would be lucky to have you work for them, keep it up! You’re gonna go places)
