Pizza arrived cold. Probably because it took an hour and a half to get. I've had totinos pizzas that were better. Never again.
Website said 11-20 mins for my carry out, cheese and pepperoni pizzas. Took 50 mins and then they gave me the wrong pizza.
Their website says 'open till 12am' and they have open sign at the door but when you go there to get pizza, they say they are open for delivery only!?? So wth does the website state that ?? This is not service... I would give them 0 start had it been available
Never showed up
Just picked up two pizzas, and they smelled like mold or mildew. I can't really place my finger on it, but it didn't smell like pizza. It's more like aged cheese, I guess. The toppings were basically nonexistent. We threw both pizzas away. Seems like a messed-up stomach and a night in the bathroom are waiting to happen. Now I remember why I stopped going to Domino's to begin with.
They missed a piece of our order, sent the rest of it later (arrived 90 minutes after the original order). The second delivery driver tried to bully me into tipping, even though I gave a very generous tip on my original order. Absolutely terrifying as a woman answering the door alone.
Pizza was a mess. Recently, had multiple bad experiences with the food quality. Thin on toppings and just poor quality. Going to try other pizza services for the time being.
This place is trash. I cannot remember the last time my order was correct or timely. It doesn't matter if I pick up or have it delivered. It is either unbelievably late or entirely wrong. Order from literally anywhere else and probably fire everyone from this establishment. I have time stamped screenshots to prove the incompetence. Absolutely zero stars!
I waited an hour after the quality check and the pizza never arrived. Then they were rude when i asked for a refund.

I'd give ZERO stars if it would let me. You messed up our pizza and sent another delivery driver with a correct pizza and then expected a tip?!?!! Driver was RUDE and folded up our pizza in the box and basically crammed it at us. Never again purchasing a pizza at Dominoes!

It took almost an hour for two medium sized pizzas, one was a plain cheese the other pepperoni. The app said 20 minutes, reality said 50. I could have just made it at home instead of spending money on someone else making it

No gloves while handling food . Worker answered the phone went to the back touched the freezer. Came back emptied the container wipe hands on pants. Came to the register let me know pizza just went in . Worker then proceeded over to make a pizza with the other young lady . All the time not one person washed hands after touching everything in the store .

Constantly, and I mean constantly very late on delivery. Quotes 38 min max delivery time, takes 1.5 hours. Have asked for refunds, never received. If could order delivery from another store, we would. Will try next time. Likely done ordering from Dominos for this reason. It’s 8:00pm, ordered at 6:14pm, still no delivery, driver making stops at what looks like a dozen homes before ours. Insane.
I really want to give them a ZERO ,So I order pizza if not every Friday every other Friday for several years for my kids . We ALWAYS order the 2 for 6.99 each as it's the best deal especially for only 2 small kids 9& 11. Last night while out i ordered pizza online as I always do and the screen went blank at check out and I never recieved a confirmation email. When I got home to my surprise the pizza did get delivered however I immediately checked my account and they charged me TWICE what I should of been and on top of that they refuse to resolve the issue with a loyal customer. They rather risk customers than right their wrong and to me that is definitely not good business or customer service. I NEVER asked for a full refund just simply said I was over charged. I have since reached out to corporate and we will see if they make this right. All they have to do is review my delivery history and SEE it's always been the same.
