Terrible Location took an hour and a half to receive our food. It was all cold $100 in pizza and all they offered us was a free pizza. Not ever again

Called the phone # to the store wanting to speak with an associate l, but apparently you get outsourced to another country agent??? Aaaah the wonderful times we live in.

Ordered a pizza, wasn't actually delivered. Called and ordered a replacement, that one also was never delivered. Called a second time and got a refund. My house is .2mi from this store. Not sure how that happens.

I ordered 2 large pizzas. The all meat was perfect on a NY crust. I had a veggie thin crust that looked a bit shady when I picked it up but thought I could deal with it, I couldn’t. Way too crispy. My daughter and I order it all the time. I called them and Terrell remembered me and made me a new one which was amazing. Just wanted to thank their team for good customer service

The automated service lady doesn't ask if you want to add a tip when putting in a credit card payment. I asked and she said it too late. I want to tip my driver, but it was very inconvenient. Had to borrow money from a neighbor, since I have multiple kids at my house and couldn't leave. The people taking the delivery order should ask if you want to add a tip before asking for a card number. It's for your employee's benefit!
After walking in to what seemed to be a teenage party music so loud I couldn't hear myself think much less order a older gentleman behind the counter ask if I was here for a pickup as I told him I was here to place an order he rolled his eyes. And scoffed as soon as we ask for the specials. When I asked him to repeat himself because I couldn't hear him over the music he yelledI already told you! An amazing young man came from behind him it's not only apologized for his actions he helped us understand the specials and place our order he told us he is unaware of what was wrong that his normal store is not this location I was super bummed because I love this place I always leave super happy in the crew is nothing short of amazing. upbeat smiling and super helpful. This gentleman after making us feel like total crap proceeded to the other end of the kitchen to lean on the wall and tell his coworkers how much he hates taking womens orders because we think we are entitled to special attention. I will be returning to this location as long as I don't see this gentleman in the window

I had called the store to let them know they gave me the wrong pizza and I needed them to remake it so I can come back and get it,instead he went ahead and hung up on me,this guy shouldn't be answering phones or working with customers.obviously you lack customer service skills.its not that hard

My family and I ordered a pizza tonight, and unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. I ordered a Wisconsin 6 Cheese pizza, but what I received was completely incorrect—it had almost no visible cheese and was covered in a large puddle of Alfredo sauce (which isn’t even supposed to be on this pizza).
When I called to request a replacement, I was shocked to be asked to pay for the corrected pizza. After saying that I won’t be paying for your mess ups I was then asked to pay delivery fees. It doesn’t make sense to charge a customer extra to fix a mistake that was made on your end. This is frustrating and reflects poorly on Dominos. I hope this feedback helps improve future orders and customer service policies.

The staff here is the best ever. They’re a great team and make perfect pizzas and fulfill all the weird requests we ask for. 12/10 they should get raises.

Overall Dominos is pretty good. I like the fact that I can order the pizza on my app and go pick it up. Quick service and usually the pizza is cooked properly

I called earlier in the evening to ask when carryout closes and was told it closed at 11:30pm which I also noticed afterwards it said that as well online. When I tried to place an order at 10pm online I was having issues and it was telling me carry out was closed. I called the store to see what was up and the same one who told me they closed carryout at 11:30 was now telling me that they were closed for carryout at 10pm and wanted to transfer me to another store. Not sure what to do for dinner now. Get your information right. Disappointing.
