The manager angel said she can’t find my credit for the free pizza that they promised to give me a day before and being rude and disrespectful and didn’t know how to solve my problem and she couldn’t believe her customer i wish i can do 0 stat never coming back gave me a wrong pizza promising to be under my number and then she said i couldn’t find it the next day

I ordered online. They texted said it’s ready. I came pick up and they said they couldn’t find it, it may not have been make. Not even asking if it is ok to make it now, just said they are making it now and it would be ready in 15 minutes. Not even an apology.

A very horrible service today. They messed up order. We said three toppings in the pizza. Instead of giving us a free pizza for thier mistake. She argued woth over the phone. I dont tolerate bad behavior. I put her on her spot. That's how I do business. I would never recommend this pizza place to anyone.

Attempted to pick up my order that was over $30 dollars but they couldn't break a $100 bill? Better yet, they fail to specify this anywhere in the store or online. Then the store manager had the nerve to take the $100 bill and raise it up to verify it was legit knowing dam well she wasn't going to break it in the first place.

I have recently moved in area pleased with there service and cooking
Some locations overcooked undercooked or just doesn't taste as some other locations

But they know definitely what they're doing and they're very nice

I waited 45 minutes for this pizza, initially I ordered online. Order DID NOT GET MADE ,When I arrived at the store the night time manager was very mad she had to make the order the lobby just closed so She made me wait outside for my order, then presented me with this. When I asked why the pizza was so sloppy made she said she will give a credit for next time then walked away. I left with the pizza because I had hungry kids waiting over 45 minutes to eat.

It's your standard dominos but not necessarily a well functioning one. I went in to pick up my order, but they were very confused as to where it was and were trying to ask me where it went. Took a few minutes of them all talking back and forth and nobody having a clue as to what's going on before they started preparing it again. Maybe they're trying to encourage delivery or something.

Rude Manager!!!
This was my favorite Domino pizza place for years. Recently I have ordered the same pizzas I usually ordered and wanted them to be “well done” as usual. After I got home I noticed it’s more than well done and I wasn’t happy. So I called the store and I politely told them that I didn’t get the order as I wanted. So the person who answered the phone told me it’s ok they will make another order for me and come to pickup the order in 20 mins or so. So I went to pickup the order with the burnt out pizza (for me) and showed to the manager and he said I better not to do the well done option next time. I said this is not the first time I have done well done option and anyway I said oh ok that’s fine I will do that next time and said thank you. As I opened the door I heard he said something rude and I said what’s that? and there were couple of other customers at the store. I was listening to his full detailed well done opinion lecture again and I didn’t say anything about it. It was a rude customer service.
My point is treat your customers with respect! I didn’t like the way that person who handled the issue. It doesn’t matter how much you are busy or whatever; remember, customer is always right!

Manager and caucasian girl working the front counter very rude.

Laughed that the online orders are extremely “backed up”

When I asked to speak to the manager he stated no he could not talk to me then began to scream a possible blanketed statement that he can cancel my order though I had already been waiting close to an hour.

There is also a man literally scratching his stomach wandering the floor - I’m counting at least 10 employees all seem in disarray and unsure on what to do next in what should be a pretty straightforward operation.
