Barley any in the pasta for the price with a single piece of fatty chicken on it and the pizza was supposed to be half cheese half pep but was covered in pep with hardly any cheese on it and had to cut it myself because it wasnāt cut then the delivery driver knocked hard on the door even though I asked them to just set it on the ground out side because I have a dog that goes crazy in the notes š¤¦āāļø
I think Gabby needs some better customer service training
The service until 2:00 am is only for customers who place their orders through the app and want to go to the store to pick it up, because there is no customer service at that time.
Get yourself a new delivery driver. He had so much unnecessary attitude cause he had to look for the number on a house. Goofy ass lame dude. He needs a new job if he canāt look for the numbers on a house

This is the second time in 2 weeks where we've gone to pick up pizza and they told us they dropped it. Tonight they dropped it right in front of us! Come on guys, really?

So I ordered a pizza at 10:50pm. The delivery app said it would be delivered in 18-30minutes⦠12: something comes around and there is no delivery. I called the ācustomer serviceā number the site directed me to, then I proceeded to sit on the phone for about 30 minutes before driving there myself, while still on the phone. The number is actual āTevinā who is the store manager. I go to the locked door and he ignores me. My girlfriend goes to the door and he answers. I explained the situation and he explains that he was closing and heās sorry and that his delivery driver just left. I explained that it was 2 HOURS and I want to make a report. He said that heād have his delivery driver come back, and I didnāt care at that point. The pizza somehow gets delivered COLD to my home AFTER I get there to which Iām not eating bc I definitely donāt trust them. Delivery driver still gets tipped while I wasted my gas, time, and extra money for probably the worst experience ever. Manager can kick rocks.

Went in this evening with a coupon that charged an extra $10 and hoped to get help from the manager, Elva or Alva, not sure she didnāt have a name tag. She would not help and actually said she didnāt know why it charged more, it could be the crust I ordered but said she had no control over how the coupons work. Okay, could she just give me the price the coupon states? No. She said she could not. I asked if she was the manager, she says, āYes.ā I ask if I could speak the manager above her and she says, āNo, you have to call the 1-800 numberā. So I ended paying $30 for two pizzas that shouldāve come to $20 after tax. Thought perhaps a manager could help with this or someone with any customer service skills. She didnāt even try. Iām not sure how things have come to the customer is never right but I guess thatās where we are. Oh well. Time to find a new place to order from.
