It tasted good however the pizza itself the dough wasn’t cooked all the way through. That’s not cool. I would rather wait a bit longer and have it fully cooked over being rushed and under cooked for sure.

We visited this afternoon and ordered 9 pizzas. All delivered on time. The staff has been working pretty patiently. Ample seating. They seem to be having a good reputation in here - lots of orders. Happy for these guys.

When a customer does a car pickup it's probably for a reason. The employee came out, she glanced side to side then took my order back into the shop. No tip for that. Back pain be damned, so I had to go in & ask for my order. And a little more ground beef wouldn't hurt; ot looked almost vegetarian.

I used to be really happy with this dominos by my house- usually quick and correct. However maybe there has been a change of staff or something because my last three orders in the past few months have all had something wrong with them and had to be remade or I was given the wrong order entirely.

I placed an order online. I ordered a thin crust Hawaiian pizza. When I arrive to pay for it. I arrived home to have dinner and the pizza was cold and stale. I was very disappointed. I may not return to give Dominos my business. What a shame your place of business is five minutes from my residence.
DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY HERE EVER!!!! If you want to be lied to and stolen from then this is the place for you. If there was a way to give zero stars I would. We ordered delivery and said our food was here, never did get delivered. When I called and asked where our food was, he said there was nothing he could do because our food was delivered which again it was not. He said he could give me a refund which was fine. Since we were still hungry and wanting pizza, we made the mistake of ordering again but this time for pick up and hoped this would be better. When we went, we made sure we would get the refund which we were told in person we were not apparently going to get now. When we told him that he said verbatim that we would get a refund, he told us we never called him which is a flat out lie. Then when caught in the lie, he said that there is a lot of crime in Aurora and someone stole the food. Which again our video footage would say otherwise. He then said oh our delivery driver went home and took your food but that doesn’t warrant a refund. After complaining for a while, he reluctantly agreed to a refund. Please do not ever order delivery or food here in general unless you want to be LIED TO, STOLEN FROM OR TREATED LIKE AN IDIOT!!!!!

We ordered 2 pizzas on sat. 11/30..we live 3-5 min away . Somehow when my husband went to pick the pizzas up . It took 15 min to get help n by the time he picked up the pizzas they were COLD n unacceptable. The purpose of ordering online is to get to store n pick them up right away n still e hot and fresh . The store needs 2 lines ..1 for placing orders n 1 for pickup ..takeout. we waited 15 min because customers were being taken care if first. TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL N FEEL LIKE WE SHOULD GET A.CREDIT FOR THE COLD AND FLAVORLESS PIZZAS WE GOT.!!!!!

I ordered a customer takeout. I was early so to get it hot.We live 3 to 5 minutes from store. Sat and waited as they helped walk up orders, finally after 15 minutes they asked my name again and the two pizzas were ready. I could tell by the coolness of the box was not hot. Even stateted to the gentleman working register, he said it was fine it hadent been on the rack long. I arrived home was cold not even warm. I called and listened to a recording twice while pizza was is the oven reheating only to have the phone answered with an immediate hang up!!! I also do customer pick up from this store because of a 2hr delivery time in the past. Poorly run location.
